"I selected a handicapped accessible room because of me daughter's needs. The check-in staff removed it saying that 3rd party reservations often requested it routinely. When we got to the room and it was not accessible we called the desk and they did move us to what we requested."

"I wanted to go to the Omni bath house. This was a great location to relax with my friend and go for a soak there. On the way we stopped to see the waterfalls. It has 2 nicely appointed master suites on opposite sides of the main living area. I loved being by the river my only complaint was the weather. ..."
