"Staff gave great advice for our 2 night stay in Santiago."

"Hotel was what is expected for this price range. The room was clean and modern. The staff were helpful and kind. And the location is good, on a nice neighbourhood, close to a subway station and a big mall. The only down side is that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like other hotels in the region. It has an underground parking, but it is a paid parking. They only offer a discount for Accor members."

"Really amazing property. It's in a very safe area, it's super clean, and the food at the restaurant was decently priced/very flavourful. Everyone in our group of 4 were pleased with out stay. The only downside was the pool water being very murky for the first few days of our stay. After we informed the front desk that there was an issue with the water, the quickly fixed it and provided us with complimentary breakfast the next day. If it wasn't for the pool water, I'd give it a 10/10. Shout out...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. "The staff are the best. Due to flight delayed in the last-minute we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am early morning and the the staff were waiting for us and checked us in for only 5 minutes. Incredible. The hotel is located in extremely convenient place where you can walk or take public transit. "
