This detached holiday bungalow with conservatory is situated in a quiet residential area, and close to all amenities. This is a good location for a family holiday, walking or birdwatching. There are many National Trust properties close by. Dartmouth and Kingswear are both a short drive where you can visit the castle, or take a river trip to see the ships and yachts. Paignton Zoo is a must, as is Dartmoor with its dramatic landscape and Dartmoor ponies. Sandy beach 1 mile. Shops ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
