One Bedroom trailer on an acre of land, peaceful living yet 5 minutes from town, Surrounded by Elm Trees for shade. Walk out to a covered deck and enjoy your coffee/ tea with mountains in the background.

RV Living in Pahrump
Me and my partner spent Thanksgiving in this beautiful RV. It was state of the art and had everything we needed and more. We loved the beautiful kitchen, fireplace, heated recliner chairs, comfortable bed and beautiful outdoor seating area. We’ll definitely be back.

It's in a town completely away from the city. I was embarrassed at first, but it was good to enjoy an independent and quiet rest during my stay. It was convenient because not only RV, but also barbecue facilities and fire place installation were well equipped. I was happy during my stay because all the facilities were made to be as comfortable as home. If I come again to Death Valley, I would definitely like to stay there again.

If you enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the mountains
Was a great location for us with ample parking for my truck, trailer and SXS. You can drive anywhere but on the two highways and the trails are almost unlimited. My wife and I used the trailer as a check list for what we wanted in our next unit, we had more room than we needed and two couples would work out fine. We had one issue which was our fault and after contacting the owner it was fixed within 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Live the RV life, if only for a time...
Very comforable RV (A/C, heat, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, full kitchen, Kuerig machine, shower, TV, massaging recliner chairs, etc.). Yes, there is WiFi. I work remotely and it was fast enough to hold my usual Zoom calls without any issues. The property includes the RV next to a house, with a couple of little cabins as well. It's quiet and private, and just a short drive into town. There is an outside conversation area, an outside kitchen, and lots of parking. Jackie was a very responsive host and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Great RV and even better host
Jackie’ RV is very well maintained and clean. It is updated and smells good. The deck is beautiful with good amenities like grill, outdoor furniture etc. She also has heaters on the deck!! The responses were very prompt. We had some questions during the stay and her team was responding even at 10pm! We were so pleased that we were wanted to extend our stay, but sadly it was already booked. Jackie, we are surely returning! Both my daughters loved your place

Perfect Location Between Las Vegas and Death Valley
Affordable option relatively close to parks and the city. Clean and well appointed. Had nearly everything we needed available. This was our first time staying in an RV and there were a couple of quirks, but the host was quick to respond to our questions. The temperatures were dropping low at night, but there were several options to keep the RV warm. The mattress was a little firm for our liking, but that is a matter of opinion. Overall we were very happy with our choice.

Perfect for our needs
My husband and I chose to stay here while visiting Death Valley National Park (about an hour away). This listing is close to a grocery store, Walmart, gas station and both fast food and sit down restaurants, and casinos. We loved the fact that we had cooking pans/utensils available if we wanted to use them, a full size grill, plates/cups, Keurig, board games, plush blankets and the recliners in the RV were incredible! The wifi was fine for the 2 of us, and the lock box was easy to work, and the communication with the owners was easy. There is a nice little patio set up, but we didn't use...it was too chilly. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in Pahrump!

Monthly Stay
We stayed a month at this property. It was a clean, safe, & quiet VRBO in our desired area. We hike, so this was a good location for Death Valley, Spring Mountain, Last Chance Range, etc. Jackie takes good care of her property & answered our questions quickly. She has handy persons who were there throughout our visit, so nothing was left undone. The only issue was the next door neighbor's dogs that barked from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. a few days. Jackie spoke with them and/or the local authorities to alleviate the noise. Seemed to have worked. Another thing to note is that Pahrump does not have many zoning regulations. There is a variety of homes, trailers, and an interesting place with pigs in the front yard. None of this would keep us from returning.

Unique RVing experience for those of us not experienced with RVs
Staying in a RV for a couple of nights was a really cool experience. When we first arrived we were a little taken aback at how close we were to other properties but quickly realized it didn't really matter. The property was really nice. There was a fire pit, a patio table and chairs, a full propane grill and a couple of additional burners, and a few outdoor heaters should they be necessary. The inside was immaculate and very well kept. There were plenty of kitchen amenities in the event guests want to cook. The RV has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. The property manager, Jackie, was extremely sweet and very responsive. We were first time RV guests so we needed some assistance in turning things on, etc. We had one slight issue but Jackie handled it immediately. There was also a decent sized town nearby with a Walmart, various restaurants, etc. While we spent all of our time at Death Valley National Park, having the Walmart close by for essentials was fantastic. All in all we enjoyed our experience very much.

All the comforts of home!
Jackie was very helpful and attentive to all our questions and messages. The RV was clean, inviting, warm and cozy and felt like we were staying at a good friends home! We had everything we needed and more! We are grateful! Highly recommended!
