We would love for you and your loved ones to use our Vrbo! It is a 2 story townhome, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 car garage with mountain views and San Juan River in San Juan Mountain that sits on a one acre lot. We are 20 min(15 miles) from Wolf Creek Ski Resort & 10 mins(6 miles) to Pagosa Springs. 3 queen sized beds, 2 HD Satellite TV's, internet, dvd player, use of garage for vehicle & skis, both gas & charcoal BBQ grills, in beautiful San Juan river village. We are just couple hundred yards from San Juan River for fishing or to the stocked pond for village residents. Book your stay today at the Cozy Alpine Retreat!! Please be respectful of our neighbors since we are in a neighborhood and keep the noise levels down, especially after 10pm. Permit #030894

Great Stay for a Family
This was the perfect place to stay. The neighborhood is close enough to town but still far enough for the country feel. It has access to the river and a pond for fishing. The house was spacious and family friendly, especially for kids. Having a fully stocked kitchen and home made traveling with kids easier. Plenty of room to park our trailer hauling our side by side vehicle.

Comfortable stay right off the main road
The townhouse was comfortable and had plenty of space! It is right next to the main road. The picture looks like there is open space behind it, but the road is right there. Picture made it look like there was a firepit in the yard, and my kids were excited to have a fire at night. The owner said there was a fire ban in effect, and the fire place was removed from the yard. Not sure if this is common or not. The attached townhouse had a dog that barked a number of times, and woke us up at 5am on our second morning. Other than those things, it was a nice place to stay!

The unit is located outside of the town. Not far at all. Far enough to avoid the crowds and nicely situated to enjoy the view of the river, mountains and trees. The unit is nicely furnished and has a garage. Everything was in good working order and clean. The instructions were accurate and easy to follow. I would definitely stay there again.

Annual Wolf Creek ski vacation
This property had two issues that preclude a return booking. The first one is not under the control of the owner, but involves the adjoining townhouse. A very loud Basset hound barked/bayed at all hours of the night and early morning. EVERY night at least two or more sleep-disrupting episodes! White noise takes care of the road noise, but can't compete with his noctural announcements. Also, the house is very dusty (couches, bedding, blinds) and this affected our entire group. This is an easy fix, but the neighbor's dog is a deal-breaker. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom supplies were appreciated as well as the proximity to town and Wolf Creek.

The house was just as advertised. We had all we needed and the price was very fair. Close to town but far enough away! A little to close to the main road so traffic was a bit noisy when trying to sleep with the windows open. Fans were in every bedroom and that was very helpful!

Beautiful location, quite except for some road noise from highway. Clean, roomy, new appliances and very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc as well as some consumables that would get you through a day of simple meals if you didn't have a chance to grocery shop before arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Alpine Retreat. The home had everything we needed and Jennifer was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was great since we were there for Spring Break and skiing at Wolf Creek. Plenty of room for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 small kids.) The home is close to the highway so there is some highway noise but it did not bother us too much. We would stay here again in the future! We love Pagosa Springs!

This was an awesome place, very well equipped. We choose this place because of it's location to Wolf Creek ski resort. It was an 17-18 very pretty drive each way! The house was very clean, and as I said very well equipped. We brought our own food and just stayed in and cooked in the evenings. Make sure you have the VBRO code to get in. I find relocating VBRO's email a tad bit frustrating at times and when we got there unfortunatley the owner had the wrong code! But alas after a bit I was able to find the code and we got in. :) I would highly recommend this place.
