We would love for you and your loved ones to use our Vrbo! It is a 2 story townhome, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 car garage with mountain views and San Juan River in San Juan Mountain that sits on a one acre lot. We are 20 min(15 miles) from Wolf Creek Ski Resort & 10 mins(6 miles) to Pagosa Springs. 3 queen sized beds, 2 HD Satellite TV's, internet, dvd player, use of garage for vehicle & skis, both gas & charcoal BBQ grills, in beautiful San Juan river village. We are just couple hundred yards from San Juan River for fishing or to the stocked pond for village residents. Book your stay today at the Cozy Alpine Retreat!! Please be respectful of our neighbors since we are in a neighborhood and keep the noise levels down, especially after 10pm. Permit #030894

Great Stay for a Family
This was the perfect place to stay. The neighborhood is close enough to town but still far enough for the country feel. It has access to the river and a pond for fishing. The house was spacious and family friendly, especially for kids. Having a fully stocked kitchen and home made traveling with kids easier. Plenty of room to park our trailer hauling our side by side vehicle.

Great value for the price. Lots of room for the family.
Good location just a few miles away from Pagosa Springs. A lot of good hiking trails and horseback riding on the east side of town so that was convenient. I would definitely rent the cabin again!
