Located on a quiet street near the main drag of town, this home-away-from-home will give you the perfect mix of serenity while still being conveniently close to the best attractions in the area. When you walk into this mountain gem, you will be greeted by the full kitchen just waiting to assist in prepping delicious meals on modern appliances. The open layout leads to the quaint dining area and a lovely living room complete with vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen TV to stream favorite shows on, and a fireplace to cozy up beside on chilly winter evenings. If you want to get a bit of fresh air, bring a warm cup of coffee out to the deck and plan out a full agenda. Whether you have come to ski, hike, or spend all day on one of the nearby lakes, this will be the perfect jumping-off point for you and yours!

At the end of the day, sleep like a royal on the king-sized mattress in the bedroom with its own TV and access to the deck. A queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room is also a perfect place to cozy up for the night with the comfort of the fireplace bedside.

Glad to Return
We stayed here last year & the return stay was just a pleasant. There was just two of us so the unit was most spacious. All the basics were there. We also like that parking is just off the porch which is most helpful when loading & unloading. The facility is quiet and convenient for shopping and restaurants. Hope to say here again

Great Place!
Great place to stay! The condo was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is there is not enough hot water. The hot water runs out in 15-20 mins and isn’t long enough for 4 people to take showers/baths. Other than not enough hot water, I would definitely recommend.

Great space for a weekend getaway
Spent the weekend here at the last minute after being collosallly disappointed in our hotel reservation. Was able to get in quickly and customer service is excellent when the first place we came to wasn’t quite ready for us Eli, the local agent, was amazing in making sure we had what we needed and that we were happy with our accommodations. I recommend this unit as well. Comfortable cozy and clean. Views of Pagosa Peak from living room bedroom and patio.

Very clean and comfortable home. Great location close to everything you need. The only con is the electronic door lock. The keypad is not backlit and if it is dark outside you have to have a flashlight to enter your ten digit code (really) since the exterior light at the door is so far away.

Best words I can use is that we hope the property is available on our next trip. A side from that the pictures are a fair representation of the units condition. The only think I would add as needed would be additional lighting in the living room since there was only one lamp.

Great Property & Location
My husband and I brought our 4-year grandson for a mini-vacation and this condo met our needs perfectly. The murphy bed was a great option and we loved having two full bathrooms. We did not eat in, but kitchen was well equipped if we had wanted to. It was not too fancy so we didn't have to worry about our grandson damaging anything either, which was a plus. We also loved the location. So close to everything, we could grab a pizza or coffee and be back within 10 minutes. Historic downtown and the park was only about 5 minutes away.
