Stunning Downtown Riverview

This recently renovated house features modern, mountain-southwest decor. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator small island, and an open view of the living area. Outside you'll find chairs, a table and a grill with views overlooking downtown and the San Juan Mountains. The house is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 1BR suite and a studio kitchenette, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor seating areas. It's possible to rent the whole property to serve up to 10, if you book far enough in advance, or if you get lucky last-minute. The other two units are the Piedra ID#244075, and the Alberta ID#4274958. We're in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs' favorite restaurants.

This is the most awesome place in Pagosa!
The location is in walking distance to everything in town, and the view from the front windows of the Christmas lights made for a very festive stay. It's a beautiful place with everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Ski Getaway
This house was perfect for a three-night ski weekend. Warm and dry, and the fireplace was helpful with the damp ski gear. The beds were comfortable as well, something we've wrestled with in other Pagosa rentals.
