Perched atop Putt Hill, this expansive yet inviting condo is your ideal home away from home. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer, it ensures a seamless stay. Positioned strategically in town, the condo offers swift access to both uptown and downtown, a mere 5-minute drive away. This location makes it the perfect retreat for a family getaway, providing a harmonious blend of space and comfort.

Guests will be provided access codes and check in information 48 Hrs. prior to arrival via the platform they used to rent the abode.
Information withing check-in instructions should adequately supply guests with all information needed. There will also be a guest booklet to leaf through with information about the home, town, host favorites, emergency numbers and more.

Located at the peak of Putt Hill, the condo is located walking distance to some of our local antique stores, liquor store, and convenient store.

A short 5-minute drive to either uptown or downtown will bring guests closer to any and all amenities our humble town may provide. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores with merchandise appealing to any savvy shopper.

The entire condominium is available for guest use, we do have additional condo units available for rent as well. Bring the whole family!

Guests will enter the home on the first floor of the condo complex. Spacious living area and quaint balcony will greet guests as they cross the threshold alongside fully stocked kitchen. There is a cubby space with stackable washer/dryer. Laundry amenities will be provided for 3-4 days. Kitchen is complete with stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, utensils, coffee maker, spoons/ladles, dish towels, tongs, wine opener, strainer, glass mixing bowl and cup, coffee filters, blender, extra coffee pot, pie dish, small black cutting board, plates, bowls, coffee cups, pots, pans, skillets, whisks, bundt cake mold, pitcher, muffin tins, and cookie sheet.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom complete with towels, extra linens and comfort.
Guests will have access to the balcony and the grounds behind the building complete with cute gazebo.

As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.

Pagosa is rich in history, we happen to own bragging rights to the world's Deepest Geo-thermal Mother Spring that feeds a plethora of maintained soaking pools where guests can find rest and relaxation as they soak away the troubles of the world at hand.
We also boast the most snow in Colorado, should you be here during our winter months be sure to experience Wolf Creek Ski Area and slalom some slopes.

There is a pet fee of $30, with a limit of two pets, and pets must weigh 35 lbs or less.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
