Fantastic stay
My family very much enjoyed our stay at this location! Bathroom in every room, great second floor porch where we watched the hot air balloons flying overhead, and beautifully themed house and decor.

Perfect fit for us
This townhouse worked great for our family. There was only 5 of us so we had plenty of room to spread out and the kids each had their own bed. The place was clean and everything worked as expected. Would recommend.

It was my wife, me, and 3 other friends. The house was clean, check-in process straightforward. Highly recommend. We had a water heater problem the last day. the owner was responsive.

Very nice well maintained and appointed property. The property was also very conveniently located. We did have a couple of minor issues: 1. We found no instructions on how to work the TV’s 2. Apparently the water heater has an automatic shutoff. After going without hot water for the first day we finally figured out how to turn on the water heater manually. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property.

Perfect For Us
This home was spacious, clean, and very nice. It easily slept the six of us with plenty room for more if we needed it. The kitchen is well-equipped and the layout is great for hosting friends for dinner. During our stay, the upstairs loft was full of teenagers playing board games while we parents enjoyed each other’s company downstairs. We had a great time in this lovely home!

Overall everything met our expectations, ac didn't work but it was only 80 degrees outside so fans and a couple widows open kept everything cool and comfortable. Property manager was excellent, will return in the future.

Spacious and very comfortable townhouse
We enjoyed everything :very well equipped ,spacious ,cozy place , with beautiful views,quiet ,well situated . The owner was very responsive . Near by city market and a warm coffee place (Higher ground). We enjoyed 3 restaurants in Pagosa (Thai , Alley house grill and Le Boeuf ). Will recommend to friends .(cross country ski, snow shoe,downhill ski,and evening bath in the hot springs )

Very misleading
It was hard to get to there was construction at the entrance to the estate and the neighbor across from very tight drive to get in and out one car at a time really hard for our full size truck. There were patches all over almost every wall. It clearly says pet free yet there are pet stains everywhere and you can smell it as soon as you open the door has ac in all rooms but the master bedroom which was just miserably hot. You have to pay a pretty penny for cleaning fee yet they expect you to pretty much clean the whole thing. Or be charged me if not to there standards it says. The back patio is covered in grease and spiders. I wish they would have put in the house rules about them being in an hoa and no trailers I did not notice until the email after telling them the reason for visiting before being approved for the booking that we were bringing the boat up for husbands birthday to go to the lake

Great decor - light on customer service
The condo is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Modern kitchen with a gas range, very clean. It's good to have the two car garage. Outdoor patio looked nice but it was too cold to use this time of year. Condo was close to the grocery store which was convenient. The downstairs living area is not very comfortable and didn't have much seating for a 3 bedroom house. We had a hard time getting the house to warm up without having to use the gas fireplace. The water heater also took forever to heat up. The DVD player in the upstairs family area did not work. We called the owner who said he would send someone to look at it. No one came for the entire time we were there. The internet stopped working about half way into our stay. We called the owner and the local housekeeping number but got voicemail for both. The owner text back that he would look into it but never got back to us. There was no internet after that. The beds are not very comfortable. Downstairs has any old school foam pad on the mattress. Upstairs has the large blocks of memory foam that we just weren't able to get used to. Cleaning fee was a little on the high side for similar sized homes that we have rented. Despite all this, we had a good time as always but wish the owners were more responsive.

Excellent Vacation Home
This home is one of the nicest we've stayed at. High end , quality furnishings and appliances. Rooms were much larger than shown in the pictures and location was perfect to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely rent again.

Had a little trouble with key pad on n this front door but was fine after we figured it out. There was no linens for the hide-a-bed and mattress topper on king bed was not good. Other than that everything was great.

Great location and fantastic layout and design.
This condo is spacious, roomy and set up for family. Quiet and great views of Pagosa peaks! 2 decks , one covered, were used often. If you arrive at night bring a flashlight to see address as they have a dark skies rule. We arrived at midnight and the kids giggled as they ran around with their phone flashlights to see addresses. We saw 2 shooting stars during this process . We were there to visit family and will rent again.

Great place!
This property was perfect for my family of four. The upstairs was perfect for my two teens who sometimes wanted to hang by themselves. It looked as advertised, was stocked well with kitchen items, and the location was nice and quiet. My one complaint might be that it was difficult for all four of us to be in the living area together because of only having the one couch. The host was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but property needs some attention
Could compare to places we’ve stayed in Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, Oregon & lots of places in between. When we arrived, we entered through the front door. All looked great until we opened the door to the garage. Smelled like a soured brewery as the trash containers had an assortment of bottles & cans laying in all three barrels. We unloaded & after a few minutes we discovered that there was no internet as was promised. Several light bulbs were burnt out/missing making the rooms very dark. Then, a mini-split AC began jack hammering in the wall. Called the owner as instructed on the sheet in the townhouse, no answer. Called the backup, as instructed by the sheet, no answer. Sent texts, left message, nothing. Finally, we get a call back saying they are sending Leo over. Leo was very helpful but couldn’t fix the AC & said to turn it off using the master switch which turns off all 3 units. On Sunday, the owner calls my wife & yells at her for asking questions. Luckily his wife was helpful & got the internet turned on Monday. No help on the AC though. After discussing the symptoms with a HVAC friend, we turned it off as it was thought to be low on freon & froze up at the temp they set it to. Runs fine at 68 degrees, but they’d set it at 65 degrees. No issues after a night of being warm but I had to diagnose the issue with the AC. The master bed is a nightmare. A sinkhole to the middle. Just awful. Carpets are in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. The rugs are very dirty. Refrigerator was replaced on the cheap, not the one in the photos & didn’t have an ice maker. The garage door chain needs to be sprayed with a silicone-based lubricant as it acted up some during our week stayed, but we weren’t calling the ill-tempered owner again. The owner needs to replace worn out items. Could be an amazing home, but with window screens barely hanging on, patio furniture too nasty to sit on, dirty windows & floors, a dryer vent that must be clogged as the laundry room gets really hot with the dryer running (fire hazard), upstairs bedroom TVs aren’t connected to any TV service, ceiling fans covered in dust & no A/C in the master bedroom (only AC downstairs is in the living room), there are several improvement to be made. Bottomline, we wouldn’t stay here again, Pagosa Springs yes, but not in this house. It’s a shame too as it’s in a wonderful location, but too much needing attention & a hateful owner ruins this place for a return visit.

Wow ! What a great house. Perfect for a family
The house is exactly as pictured. The upstairs was perfect for our teenagers with their own bedrooms, bathrooms and living area that overlooked the 1st floor. The mastersuit was large, walking shower was awesome . It's nice having an open deck on 2nd floor and covered patio. Every morning we watch the hot air balloons landing and sunrise over the mountains. The kitchen is beautiful to cook in. The walking trails are easily accessible and the kids loved the rec center across the street. Location is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop.
