The 'Pagosa Chic Retreat' is fully equipped for a relaxing stay with mountain decor, upscale amenities, and a spot surrounded by the San Juan Mountains. Sitting right outside of town, this condo offers an unbeatable location where Pagosa Lake, Wolf Creek Ski Area, downtown shops and multiple hot springs await within close proximity. No matter the season, a trip to Pagosa Springs is a must!

COVID-19 Cleaning Statement
We are following CDC guidelines in order to make sure our home is completely cleaned and disinfected after each stay, to protect both our guests and our employees. This includes wearing gloves and masks throughout the clean, using CDC-approved disinfectants, and following proper guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting practices. All door locks, keyless entries, door knobs, remotes, lamp switches, light switches- anything that is touched, is disinfected by our cleaners. We are adjusting our process as CDC guidelines are updated.

This condo is fully updated and completely unique, offering 1,067 square feet of well-appointed living space. Custom decor adds a touch of rustic, vintage flair, while upscale amenities ensure a worry-free stay.

After a day on the mountain, enjoy a bit of downtime. Unwind in the living room - whether with a glass of wine by the gas fireplace or with a movie on the flat-screen TV with Blu-ray and Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped to assist with complex meals and easy treats alike. Serve appetizers at the breakfast bar until you're ready to feast at the adjacent dining table.

Mountain views fill the large windows, sure to draw you outside to enjoy the private, covered, fully furnished deck! Linger outside late into the evening until you're ready to call it a night.

Custom-built headboards frame the king bed in the master and the queen bed in the second room. The living has a queen sleeper sofa. Please note the loft is not suitable to sleep in.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire condo and deck area. Up to 2 vehicles are permitted in the parking lot.

The Pagosa Lakes recreation center is also open to our guests for a fee and provides a pool, hot tub, cardio and weight rooms, classes, racquetball/handball courts and more. Visit ( for more details.

We really enjoyed our stay!! It had plenty of room and the view of the mountains were fabulous! It was very clean and well kept also. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here again!

Everything about this stay was great. Location was fantastic; close enough to everything, but quiet. Very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home. Our daughter was able to play in the snow right in the backyard! The place was clean and had many kitchen amenities that made us feel at home. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting by the fire and watching the snow fall through the large windows. We will stay here again!

Wonderful home in a great location!
This home was the perfect size for 2 couples enjoying the area for a few days. It had everything we needed! Within walking distance from great coffee, and driving distance of all the fun we could manage! Would be great for a family, as the loft would be a great area for kids to hang out!

This was a nice condo that was very clean, had a nice master bathroom and the beds were comfortable (which is key for me). My favorite was the cute porch with a great view of the pond and mountains. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo with great mountain views from the back patio. Nice, quiet neighborhood for walks too. Quick drive to hot springs. Easy communication with property manager. We didn’t use the loft but it would be great as a play area for kids. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. Would stay here again.

Family of 4 stayed in the condo for a 4 day skiing trip. Location was great. Less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and about 35 minutes to Wolf Creek. Nicely appointed unit that more than met the needs of our family. Excellent communication with host.

This place was just as described and a perfect spot for my family! It was clean, very well stocked, lots of towels, and even nice toilet paper 🙃 the extra touch to details was noticed and so appreciated! There is lots of yummy places to eat right by which made it nice to grab and take to condo to eat and not have to wait in line! We very much enjoyed the location and the condo! I would definitely recommend this place to others! The host was also easy to contact and quick to respond!

A very nice townhouse. Well stocked and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Outside of town just far enough. Very nice neighborhood. Got to see the hot air balloons take off from the other side of the lake in the morning.

Amazing view. Great patio. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood. We did daily hikes. Walked and dined in Pagosa and took advantage of the Pagosa Hot Springs Resort.

Perfect Stay in Cozy Property
Everything was as described or better. We loved the property and especially loved that it was in a lovely location with a beautiful morning view of the mountains from the dining table. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Hint: the coffee maker is a drip machine so if you are picking up your supplies before you check in, that is the coffee grind you will need.

Immaculate Condo in Great Location!
We were looking for an affordable place close to Wolf Creek Ski Area and Laura's place really exceeded our expectations. The condo was comfortable, well maintained and recently remodeled. We were close to the bars and restaurants in Pagosa Springs but ended up cooking most of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen and hanging out by the fireplace. Thanks Laura! We really loved your place and plan on coming back this summer,

Our Best VRBO Rental Ever!
This was our Best VRBO rental ever! Most VRBO properties are good but leave our details regarding: condition of property, access to property (road conditions), parking situation, safety in/outside home, ... This condo was even better than the listing indicated - or maybe we've grown to expect properties seldom/never to measure up to what is stated, always a surprise in some way. We were totally happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property to other VRBO users... We thank the owners for providing an awesome property!

Perfect place to stay
What an amazing place to stay. Our friends stayed with us in the second bedroom and we had such a great time. The views of the mountains are AMAZING!!! The condo is very cozy with everything you need to feel comfortable and relax. We really enjoyed the way the condo was decorated. We made breakfast a couple mornings and everything you need to cook a full meal is available. The location is perfect with shopping, restaurants and groceries basically within walking distance. Laura was a wonderful host! We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We will be back.

Beautiful view - Fantastic house
We had a wonderful time at the Chic Retreat in Pagosa Springs!! Our family stayed for a week (kids 12 & 8.) They loved having their own space in the loft upstairs. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the afternoon and at night. From the couch inside, or on the patio, we were able to watch our 8yr old son play outside with a view of the pond and the beautiful mountains. Living in Texas, we especially enjoyed the view and the weather in July. Highly recommend!!

Girl's Getaway
The property was as listed, except it seemed a little smaller than the photos appeared. It was perfect for just me and would have accommodated 2-4 people great! Was cute, comfortable and centrally located in Pagosa Springs. I spent most of my time away from the townhome, but it was cozy if you wanted to hang around to enjoy. Complex was a little busy, but quiet overall. I think there was a bear visitor in the trash cans, and skunks do come around, too! Would definitely return and recommend to others!

Elegant place, beautiful and convenient location
This was my first time to Pagosa Springs, though I've lived in CO 25 years. It is centrally located to so many wonderful and beautiful places! The condo is nearly perfect - squeaky clean, fully stocked kitchen, quiet and convenient location in "uptown" Pagosa (about 10 minutes from the main downtown and the hot springs). Everything seems new or newly updated. We loved the morning view of Pagosa Peak each day. There was a little construction noise in the mornings, but there is a lot of building and remodeling going on in the Pagosa area, so that was just a part of it. I'm sure that is not constant at this location. Laura was a terrific host.

This property was exactly what my family was looking for. This was our 6th trip to Pagosa Springs and we decided to get a condo outside of the Wyndham Property. We loved the "homey' feel here. The amenities were perfect for us. My family loved having game night almost every night we were there. We were able to play a different game every night. The view was amazing! Every morning my husband and I would wake up early and watch the sunrise over the mountains. The pictures are true to the condo. I was so happy to see that! The loft was perfect for my 14 year old to hang out in while my 15 year old daughter hung out in one of the bedrooms during our down times. The location was great. We enjoyed the rec center. It was VERY busy though. It was a popular place this time.

No Stairs!
I was a good experience. The ease getting in and out of the property was wonderful after being at another property with many stair steps to get into the unit.Beautiful views outside the living room windows,comfortable beds and a cozy living room area. The secondary bathroom was a little small.
