New Rental! Spectacular Views, Hot Tub, Close to Wolf Creek / San Juan River

This home has spectacular views and is located in one of the most desirable vacation areas in Pagosa, just 8 Minutes from Town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. Hiking, fishing and exploring are all around this cabin.

This is a real log home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and room for all to enjoy, including the hot tub in the garage where you can open the garage door and enjoy the views from the tub. Also in the garage is a ping pong table and fuse ball for some extra fun! You enter the home on the 2nd floor with a 2 sided deck to enjoy the views and to prepare your meals on the gas griddle and gas grill. You enter the home in to the living room, dining room and kitchen area as a great room with full height windows, gas fireplace/stove, smart TV, leather couches, large dining table and a perfect kitchen for the best chef. On this same level is the king bed master suite and also the laundry area.

Upstairs is the loft with TV, and the second bedroom with private bath and queen bed and more views. Downstairs from the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed. This room also has a private full bathroom. This level has access to the garage with a hot tub and other areas to play.

This home is located in the San Juan River Village subdivision with private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
We highly recommend 4WD vehicles during the winter.

Loved our stay!
We had a great time staying at this property in Pagosa. Communication was excellent, and we loved being off the beaten path yet only 10 minutes from town. Also loved having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. We all loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in Pagosa
My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean and easily accessible. It had everything you needed to cook with and that's a big deal for us. The only thing that we weren't prepared for was the lack of A/C. It ended up being better than anticipated. We never got uncomfortably hot, but we just couldn't imagine life without A/C.

Great Stay
Great location for getting to Wolf Creek for skiing or into town. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever you need. Very quiet neighborhood. With six people showering, never ran out of hot water. Loved the radiant heating as my feet were never cold on the floors. Hot tub was great being in the garage as one day was very windy, cold, and snowy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice cabin outside of town. Too many stairs and the view is not what i would call spectacular. Homes on other side of highway have much better views and access to river. No place outside for the kids to play.

Beautiful Vacation Home!
This home had everything we needed and more for our family ranging from age 2 to 80. We appreciated the pack-n-play, baby gates, snow sleds, game room, hot tub and beautiful views! The kitchen had everything we needed! We were super grateful for the griddle and crock pot. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home and rental company to future vacationers!

Cozy, clean cabin with amazing views!
We loved the cabin! The views from the front room were amazing! The location was perfect for us. We spent two days skiing. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Wolf Creek. Lots of good restaurants and shops in Pagosa Springs. We got a lot snow on our last day so we decided to stay in. There was plenty to do there to keep us busy. After shoveling the snow, we made a path to go sledding. The hot tub and ping pong table also made it more fun. We enjoyed the large dining room table for meals and game night. The beds are very comfortable and the house so cozy and clean. We cooked dinner one night and there was lots of pots and pans to use for a big meal. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would go there again.

Awesome Place!
We had a great week/ weekend at this house. It was very well organized and stocked/ dry goods and spices so check before going shopping! We didn’t 😊 we loved the heated floors. Hot tub and the views were amazing! We saw some reviews about the rule book but there’s nothing there that we wouldn’t have done differently! Recommend doing the private chef! Travis/ Sage are amazing! That being said one recommendation one extra nightstand in the master bedroom me and the wife had to flip a coin for the side table.🤣🤣🤣

Great for two families of 4 or 5! Great layout with bathrooms on each floor. Kitchen has everything imaginable. No complaints! Words of wisdom… 4 wheel drive is best for driveway in winter months. Enjoy!

Vacation of a Lifetime
This was an amazing vacation that everyone in our group will remember for a lifetime. The cabin was very cozy with a great layout for a large group. Our friends staying nearby came over every evening for dinner. The open layout of the kitchen/dining/and living room was perfect for all 10 of us to eat together. The large table seats 8, and there is more seating at the bar (I think 4?) Living room has couch, loveseat, and chair. We were all spread out and very comfortable. The boys enjoyed playing video games in the loft while the adults hung out on the main level. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed - Keurig, larger coffee pot, crock pot, blender, pots & pans, etc. There are plenty of plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. And the dishwasher and garbage disposal made clean-up easy. The cabinets were stocked with sugar, spices, and a lot more of the necessities. Some items such as ketchup, etc were in the fridge. The note from the owners stated that we were welcome to use anything we needed and they check expiration dates regularly. We got most of our groceries from the nearby Walmart. But the items they had on-hand at the cabin did come in handy several times. The main level has a bedroom with king bed and adjoining bathroom. The upstairs has a bathroom, loft, and bedroom with queen bed. Everyone loved the "toilet closets," where the toilet is in a little separate room from the sink, tub, and shower. The boys shared the garage-level bedroom. The teens each had their own bed (a queen and a full.) And the younger boy got a twin mattress out of the closet and put it on the floor. They had their own bathroom down there. The town of Pagosa Springs is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed walking around downtown during the day. It's a very unique little town. There are steamy pools right along the river bank with people in swimsuits when it's freezing cold outside. We had the neat experience of a local volunteer offering to give us a tour of a dome greenhouse while he watered the plants. That was a highlight of our trip. The only complaint about the cabin would be the driveway. It was especially frustrating for my husband, because he does excavating for a living and could see how it could be improved. 😁 But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

House in the San Juan River Village
This house and property was incredible. Great views and close to town. Plenty of room for our group with gear for 2nd season. Having the garage was perfect to kick off muddy boots, dump gear, and be great space to get ready to head out on the morning hunts. Drive was a little steep. Overall the house was awesome we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Fall Get-A-Way
We absolutely loved this property. It's a great location that's outside Pagosa just enough to be quite but not too far outside. The cabin had everything you could want and was perfect for our group of three couples. We each had our own level of the cabin which provided us with enough privacy. The hot tub in the garage with a TV was perfect for watching football while enjoying the mountain air after a day exploring the mountains. We loved every minute of our stay! For those who are worried about the earlier traveler posting about all the rules, I didn't see any rules that were out of the ordinary for a privately owned property. After all, you are a guest in someone's home and you should treat it with respect.
