Beautiful home with that Colorado feel just a short walk to Lake Pagosa where you can fish, SUP, Kayak or just enjoy the mountains reflecting off the still morning water.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 7 and is all on one level with easy parking for up to 4 cars. As you enter, you will immediately notice the nice use of wood in the open living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of room for the whole gang to hang out after a great day of fun. This home has fantastic high speed WIFI internet!

The living room has a large TV, gas fireplace. and a sleeper couch.
The garage has a ping pong table, darts, corn hole and a bluetooth speaker in the light over the ping pong table!

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Paradise in Pagosa
The house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen has everything you need & the furniture is so comfortable. Loved the leather couch with twin recliners. Neighborhood is first-rate & very quiet. Close to everything! The only thing that needs extra attention is the yard. It was over grown with prickly weeds & spiky pine cones.

Beautiful Vacation Rental
Great place, close to the lake. Very nice furnishings, well supplied. Perfect location. I'm giving 5 stars, but one small thing is, back yard could use some care. (Weeds) Other than that, perfect vacation spot.

Perfect for families
Charming mountain home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family trip to Pagosa Springs. The house had such a warm and welcoming feel, kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials if you need to make a meal, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The cell and internet service were strong, dish tv was great and the owners had a huge selection of dvds. The back patio was lovely to sit and sip on a coffee or wine and listen to the birds chirp. The lake is walking distance and town is only a few minutes drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and would recommend it to anyone! The wonderful property manager made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. VIP goes above and beyond with their communication, and long list of amenities and services. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Fantastic Stay in Sept
I stayed here for a week in mid September and moved the property. We used it as a getaway but got a work-from-anywhere week and the wifi was top notch. The open kitchen and living area was a standout and the master bedroom/bathroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and in good proximity to plenty of hiking trails, golf, and the lake. Recommend 10/10. Also the host was great and allowed us to stay one extra night. Also I LOVED that this property is pet friendly and had a fenced in yard area.

The photos in the listing do not do it justice. Spaces are much bigger in person, and such lovely back yard! Well furnished. Perfect place to plan daily fishing or hiking trips. Proximity to stores and restaurants are a bonus.

We stay in Pagosa Springs every summer and this is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Great location and the house has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and each room had it's own television. Nice kitchen and appliances. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We enjoyed our stay at Positive Latitudes. Check in was simple and property was as lovely as pictured. The home was well supplied, very clean and decorated beautifully. I mistakenly assumed the rental was air conditioned and used the oven in July. Plan your meals accordingly. Other than that we felt everything was absolutely perfect. I hope to book again in the future.

The property was just as advertised. The home was beautiful, in a quite neighborhood with all the amenities that you would need. Lori and Stuart, the property managers were quick to respond to our text messages. We were their for the fall foliage, which was in full peak. We will be back and would rent this property again.

Terrific home for family stay
With this year being what it is, we had a small family gathering for Christmas and planned to make all meals together at the home. What a perfect kitchen to take on the task! This home has a very well stocked kitchen with gadgets, pans, bakeware, etc, for cooking just about anything, and tableware for eight. We gave this kitchen a workout, and had such a great time! The home is very comfortable, the owners have a great sense of style, and we greatly appreciated being able to include our dogs. Much to our surprise, a Christmas tree was set up for us! It was a great place to celebrate!
