NEW HOT TUB! Close to Fishing, ATV, Hiking, Rafting, Rivers!

This amazing home has a fantastic view, is close to Hatcher Lake yet minutes to grocery shopping, restaurants, breweries, and the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs. This home is on a quiet street and walking distance to the Turkey Springs Trail Systems with miles and miles of hiking and snowmobiling. Drive a little further and you disappear into the wilderness surrounding Pagosa with seemingly endless rivers and beautiful lakes, perfect for fishing, picnics and wildlife watching.

This home is perfect for family gatherings or cozy enough for romantic escapes. Large, high ceiling living room with a 3 sided glass gas fireplace, cozy furniture and plenty of room for the whole group to hang out. The large smart TV, DVD player in the family room, and spacious dining area are all open to the gourmet kitchen to keep the family together when preparing meals. Kitchen is well equipped, very open and easy to prep and cook your favorite meals after enjoying the snow or cooking your best catch from the very close lake or nearby rivers. Refrigerator, stove / oven, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, full service dishes and silverware, blender and crock pot as well as many cooking dishes and prep bowls provided.

Recently added is an old school tabletop Pacman machine with 60 free games! The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, beautiful views and large walk thru closet that leads to the laundry room. The master includes an en suite large bathroom with above counter sinks, private water closet, large tub and walk in shower. Master walks out to back deck to enjoy the relaxing porch swing and watch the stars or passing wildlife. Upstairs, you will find 2 nice rooms each with a queen bed, + office area and plenty of room to play. On the 2nd floor loft area you will also find great Pagosa Peak mountain views and common large bathroom with walk in shower. The floor below the main level has another bedroom with a full bed and fun room for kids to play games, walk out sliding doors and another full bathroom.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Great house, plenty of room for larger groups. A little far from town (maybe 6 miles) but a beautiful drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Pagosa Springs getaway
Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property about 8 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Many hiking trails nearby and lots to do. Property was beautiful and very comfortable. Well/stocked kitchen with treats available to enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This is a great property in a nice quiet area. Coffee on the porch, walks to the lake, easy drive into Pagosa and grilling on the deck. The house was clean and comfortable and the property manager waa so easy and responsive. Highly recommend!

Beyond Expectations!
Probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Gorgeous home with every amenity. Loved grilling outside and sitting in the back porch swing. Our little 8 pound ShihZu loved it as well and we really appreciated it being dog friendly. Proximity to hiking and biking was wonderful! Recommend this home highly! Best regards to the owners and great property managers.

Relaxing, refreshing long weekend! Definitely want to stay here again! Suggestions to make the house even better-- a few more towels that are not new & white... snow can make things a bit dirty; needed a few more laundry pods, stronger wifi or satellite TV would have been very enjoyable, kind of a questionable hanging set to the side in the upstairs bedroom. Love this house! Thanks for a very enjoyable weekend!

My wife and I,our two adult daughter's and husbands. The nicest thing of this lodge is everyone has there own personal space to retreat too when needing a break from activities. Four bedrooms each with it's own bathroom is very nice and private. The Lodge completely meets your expectations and the views of mt pagosa are gorgeous! My son in laws got hooked on the sit down table top game console! We cant wait for our next visit!

The house is beautiful, very nice accommodation. Very nice layout. Only flaw was, the downstairs room was very very cold, and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Our week was fabulous, definitely looking forward to returning again next year.
