This comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just minutes off Highway 160, west of downtown in the Pagosa Lakes area--north of City Market, if you're familiar with Pagosa. Enjoy mountain views from decks off both the living room and master bedroom. Bedrooms, one full bath and the washer/dryer are on the entry level. The kitchen, another full bath, living and dining rooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, a convenient vanity with sink, and sitting area for quiet reading or solitude. The charming second bedroom has a double bed, and is furnished with sturdy antiques. All linens, dishes, and cookware are furnished. Wolf Creek ski area is a 30-minute drive east on 160. Planning a summer or autumn trip? Walk across the street to fish, paddleboard or kayak on Village Lake, or enjoy walking and biking the nearby trails. You will appreciate the close proximity to the Recreation Center, golf course, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and boutiques, all just a few minutes from the condo. The perfect in-town stay
Our host was open and communicative prior to the reservation. The property is an easy drive up the mountain in ski season while being close to everything you’d need to enjoy a mountain town vacation. The neighbor properties were quiet and polite, creating a nice atmosphere.

Great Location and Views in Pagosa Springs
My husband and I have stayed in this condo several times because we like the location and the views. It is consistently clean, fairly well equipped, etc. Make sure you bring your own coffee and any food products or beauty products (shampoo, etc.) that you need. It is a no frills place for things like that but plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will book again for our next trip to Pagosa Springs!

Super clean and attractive two story condo near shopping, restaurants, and Wolf Creek ski area. We all slept well and the kitchen made it easy to cook breakfasts and dinners each night.

Perfect for skiers
It's a comfortable and nicely furnished condo close to the town center, hot springs, and shops. It has two spacious bedrooms and a convenient common space. We spent two days there skiing in the morning, walking downtown, eating out or cooking. Thank you, Cathleen, for all the care that made us feel at home!

Accommodations were fine. It was a little difficult on an extended stay, lugging the groceries upstairs to the kitchen but we got our exercise. Kathy is a great host. We had a small problem and she very on-top-of-it, communicating frequently until the issue was resolved.

Christmas Present Getaway
This was my favorite present We gave our kids this year and a perfect getaway that was much needed. The condo had everything needed for us and our kids to be right at home. It was quiet and perfect for our family of 4.

Winter Getaway
What a wonderful property located near some of the best of Pagosa Springs local eateries and grocers.The view from the balcony is breathtaking! This was our second stay at Kathy's. The condo is well stocked with kitchen amenities, bathroom towels and linens. Kathy is an awesome host and responds to any question or request right away. We would definitely stay Kathy's again if she would have us.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway!
This condo in Pagosa Springs, Colorado was perfect for my daughter’s birthday ski trip. It was clean and easy to access. Close to everything in town. I highly recommend it. It has two bathrooms and a vanity in the Master Bedroom. So no need to fight over the bathroom. It has a lot of windows in the living room to enjoy the mountain view!

Check in was effortless. Condo was clean, quiet, tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, with great views of the San Juan mountains. In addition, you’re less than 10 minutes from anything you need. Great location in Pagosa Springs
We have stayed at this condo before and it is always a great location for a nice week-end in the mountains. It is always clean and well-stocked. I must admit that as we age, I am less excited about the stairs since the living area and kitchen are upstairs and I so going up and down is just part of the package. But it is a great condo for everyone else.

Beautiful area and home! There is ere quite a few spider webs in the windows ( I personally don’t care, but others might) and several of the outlets downstairs weren’t working working, including the downstairs bathroom. But I would absolutely stay here again!

Kathleen was the best person! She accommodated us and to fish at the private lakes and she was so responsive immediately. She has by far been the best person on our vacations to communicate with on any questions we had. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Very cozy. I would highly recommend Kathleen and her place and we will definitely rent this place again. Best place we have stayed in pagosa! Thank you Kathleen!

This property was perfect! It was very clean. PLENTY of towels! I loved that! These aren't "cons" just letting future renters know that there is only 1 TV in the house, it wasn't an issue for my family, but might be if you have small ones that don't want to watch what you do. Also, the house is so cold. It was 0 degrees while we were there so I understand, but the downstairs was cold. Kathy tells you to leave the doors closed to help and IT HELPS! Just know to bring warm clothes to hang out in at the house, if you are visiting in the winter. At night when we slept, we were cozy, but the mom in me was a little nervous sleeping with the door closed with my boys in a different room!! I would stay here again and I would recommend it!!!
