Little Slice of Heaven on the Hill

This Charming Kitchenette with its eclectic mountain southwest decor is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It includes 1 Queen bed, a Twin bed in a separate room and a kitchenette for simple meal preparation (no stove/oven). Under the covered porch is a charcoal grill, table and chairs, with views overlooking downtown. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs' favorite restaurants. The apartment is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 2BR house and a 1BR studio, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor living spaces. It's possible to rent the whole property to accommodate up to 10 people. The other two units are the San Juan ID#4197229, and the Alberta ID#4274958.

My wife and I had a perfect little stay in the Pagosa at the Little Slice of Heaven on a Hill. Very comfortable and cozy place with a great view. The place is a short walk to the river, hot springs and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

A gem
This little gem was perfect for a weekend away. It was walking distance to all things downtown, the view of downtown from the chairs just outside the house was a perfect way to end the day. The house was exceptionally clean. Will visit again!

Amazing stay
This was an amazing property to stay at for little family’s! We took our child on a snowboarding trip for Christmas and the first day on the mountain our child got altitude sickness and the owners let us check in early to let him rest and start feeling better, which was extremely sweet of them! The place was very clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again if available!

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect size for the husband and I, TV - with access to the UT Bowl game, and walking distance to food plus shops and hot springs Bed was comfy, view was lovely and hosts were easy and fast on the communication. I loved the heater in the bathroom btw! Thank you for everything!!
