This duplex was completed in May 2015. This unit is beautifully furnished with three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with a king, a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the family room and two full bathrooms. There are two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, DVD, Wii, and plenty of board games to keep your family busy. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, spices and everything you will need to cook gourmet meals. We are located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, minutes from the downtown area and world famous hot springs, and about 30 minutes to Wolf Creek ski and snowboard area.
Play in the acres of forest in the San Juan Mountains close by or enjoy on the back patio. Enjoy the hot tub on the back patio. Relax in the chairs located all around the property. Play catch or tag in the big back yard or grill out and enjoy dinner around the patio table.
Receive a $50 gas card for your first time 3-night stay or longer.
Receive a $25 gas card for your first time 2-night stay.
Owners are located close by and available to answer any questions, direct you to great spots, or recommend local specialties. One unit is perfect for a family up to 8, or rent both sides for a large group or family reunion VRBO#670083, or if your group is even bigger we have another one bath unit for rent right next door VRBO#599032. If you don't see the dates you need give me a call or email for options. Please remember all of our units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed in any of our units. We require a four night stay over major holidays.!

Pagosa Springs Gem
This duplex in Pagosa Springs was great! Our group was 2 couples, but you can comfortably fit 6 people. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners at the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed.Check-in/out was a breeze and communication with the owners was good. The hot tub on the back patio was wonderful after a long day of skiing at Wolf Creek. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great property for a family! We rented both sides of the duplex for our stay. Convenient access from the covered back porch to get from unit to unit, especially since one was the designated gathering place. They are comfortable, well furnished and well stocked with everything you need. Located very close to the grocery store and other shops and restaurants. April was very communicative, even checking in with us when we were late arriving. We would definitely rent again.

Thus property was very nice. Only thing I missed was view of mountains from front or back yard. Back yard was beautifully landscaped though! Enjoyed the selection of games.

What a great place!
We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex. It was spacious and well furnished. We were able to accommodate our group of 5 easily and not be on top of one another. We cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen and were impressed by the array of spices that were there waiting for us. The backyard is lovely and the hot tub was especially nice first thing in the morning. We couldn't have asked for a better place to land and would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful visit to Pagosa Springs. Our accommodations were great. The floor plan was comfortable for four adults. We appreciated the we’ll stocked kitchen and additional amenities. It has a lovely backyard and the jacuzzi was a special treat after an arduous hike. Hope to come back again soon.
