The fully equipped kitchen has all of the tools for you to make a home-cooked meal, and the large deck offers gorgeous views of the surrounding hills. When it's time to unwind for the night, turn on the fireplace and enjoy a movie around the flatscreen TV and lounge on one of the two plush couches.

The year-round beauties of Pagosa Springs will beckon you for your next trip to Southwest Colorado! Make your way 28 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area and can show off your skills on challenging terrain while never worrying about lift lines. Take a stroll downtown where you can check out local breweries, restaurants, shops and the town park. You will also want to soak up the mineral waters of Hippy Dip Hot Springs, the biggest local attraction when you are finished exploring the town. When summer comes, tube down the San Juan River, which snakes through the middle of town!

Cozy

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay! Felt like a cozy home and was very clean and hospitable. The area had everything you need from a coffee shop to a Walmart to places to eat near by! I have no negative comments on this home or the area. I will definitely stay here again! Absolutely recommend! 10/10

The property was very clean. It was close to a super marker, coffee, and a lot of other businesses. The only comparing I have is upstairs can get warm and the coffee pot was broke. Overall, great stay and very roomy for my family of 6. Pagosa is awesome!!

Convenient location, Easy process
We stayed five nights in December, we chose this property because it was dog friendly, but we didn’t end up bringing the dog lol. It was nice and spacious, loved the couches in the living room-which were arguably more comfortable than the beds upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, check out process was simple and easy. They may want to check out their cleaning crew however-the floors didn’t appear to have been mopped in quite a while-our socks were black after walking through the condo, and the trash can had obvious left over food stuck to the lid, old water left in the tea kettle and the dishwasher was loaded but hadn’t been ran when we got there.

Overall everything was great. Check in and checkout were smooth. Everything in the condo was as listed. That being said, part of the fees for this property were hefty cleaning fees. When we arrived the dishwasher was still full, so we had to unload it. Also we had to strip all linens off of the beds and take out the trash, which seems like something that should be done be the cleaning crew. Again overall good, but that’s a hefty cleaning price when you still have to do most of the work.

Wonder condo for a family
Everything was as described and pictures were accurate. Fully stocked kitchen which enabled us to cook there. Perfect set up for our needs a friend with two teenagers had the entire private upstairs allowing my hubby and I plus our Sheepadoodle dog to have downstairs bedroom and bathroom for our privacy. Location is central to everything it was nice having City Market so close as well as other restaurants within walking distance. We loved our morning walks to Higher Grounds coffee shop. We highly recommend this rental and we would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great vacation home and for being so pet friendly!

Great townhouse
We loved staying in this townhouse! It was so livable and comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds upstairs, and there was plenty of comfy space for everyone to enjoy. It’s a great part of town for a family- a few miles outside the bustle of the hot springs resort and downtown area. We had space to walk around and relax, and there is a rec center and playground just a few minutes walk from the house. I wish we would have brought scooters or skateboards for the kids- there is plenty of flat paved sidewalk right around the property. We saw hot air balloons launch every morning and enjoyed walking to the lake. Great vacation!
