Perfect!
We had a fabulous stay. This was honestly the best VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was as pictured and advertised, and honestly even better in person. The host was incredibly nice and responsive and helpful. The house was the most well thought out and well stocked short term rental we have ever been in. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family of 4 or 4 I would say. Next time we come to Pagosa this is where we will stay. Location was great and convenient too. Ty!!

Couldn’t have been happier with this place. Everything was clean, as described and conveniently located. The owners have thought of everything. If you needed it, it was there. So many places skimp and cut corners… not this place. Nice appliances, furniture and furnishings. Nice tech as well…the wireless charging stations were especially nice. Just a nice, well thought out home. We’ll definitely stay at this house again on our next ski trip.

Perfect Family Getaway
Our family had such a lovely stay at this rental. The backyard leads right to the tennis courts and mini golf, and we enjoyed watching the balloons inflate in the mornings. It was well stocked, clean, great layout and excellent communication with the property manager. Thank you!!

Great Condo!
This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean, pictures are spot on and had everything we needed. We were able to have some friends over for dinner and games. It is very close to grocery store and several restaurants. We enjoyed our time skiing at Wolf Creek and can’t wait to come back! Thanks for sharing your cute condo with us!

Perfect summer stay for family of 5
Wow! We enjoyed every bit of our weeklong stay. The owner has thought of everything, and we truly felt so welcomed. I have never stayed at such a well thought out and generous home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having a few staples like flour/sugar and spices at the ready. There was updated appliances, cookware, and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen or grill. We loved being next door to the tennis courts and Wyndham activity center. The owner generously left beach towels to use at the Hot Springs, games to play during down time, and even a variety of options on the smart tv. The only detail we didn't love was the sliding barn doors for bed rooms. They look darling but weren't our favorite for keeping little ones asleep. By no means a deal breaker! Please save this in your search for Pagosa Springs. The best part of staying here is waking up to daily hot air balloons lifting off right outside the back door. What a joy to see! We can't wait to return.

Adorable and comfortable
This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped for feeding a large number of people. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. The owners thought of everything you might need! I especially loved how many hooks there were in the bathroom. Most places never have enough. We didn’t walk to any of the nearby restaurants, but there are plenty and a grocery nearby if you prefer to cook. It felt like a home.

Heaven On Earth, Simply Said!
Truly exquisite! From all the murals delicately painted throughout each room (by the owners at that) to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Each room has it's own personality, one in which you never want to leave as they are all extremely comfortable & true to home . Even despite the outdoor temperatures, the indoor of the condo was always extremely pleasant at never above 70 degrees. The location is just priceless as everything you could possibly want or need is within walking distance; Grocery, coffee shop, restaurants, liquor store, golf course, tennis courts right off the back patio which also has a very nice outdoor grill. Downtown is only minutes away, as well as Wolf Creek, numerous hiking trails, fishing streams, lakes and hot springs for soaking after a long day. We hiked Fourmile where my son caught beautiful cutthroat trout & Piedra where he caught speckled & browns. Hot air balloons take off daily right across the back patio, so fun to watch, or take one on your own which we did. You will never want to leave, as this is Colorado paradise at its BEST. Heading back in August for more adventures to Durango, Silverton & Creed as they are all very close in proximity of this luxurious condominium.
