Escape to Southwest Colorado with this gorgeous mountain cabin, perfect for a couple of small families or a group of friends. The large windows allow for plenty of light and jaw-dropping views or step onto your private balcony to take in the mountain and valley views while you sip your morning coffee. After a day of exploring the area, there's plenty of space on the wrap-around couch to enjoy a movie on the flatscreen as the gas fireplace crackles in the background. The kitchen is every chef's dream. It features wooden cabinets, modern stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops.

Pagosa Springs' Main Street is a half-mile walk from your door, where you can spend an afternoon shopping and dining or strolling the Riverwalk alongside the San Juan River. After a day of recreation, take advantage of the many hot springs in the area, such as The Springs Resort & Spa, or for a more natural experience, Hippy Dip Hot Springs. There are endless options of trails in the area that can be enjoyed year-round, including Reservoir Hill Park, less than a mile away.

Best 4th of July trip ever
House was A++. Great space, great amenities, wonderful parking and view of downtown Pagosa Springs we did walk into town. Highly recommend! Also loved the art. We were two families with kids and enjoyed every minute!

Great Potential but a Disappointing Stay Overall
We arrived to a home that had had only the bare minimum of cleaning done. Surfaces were wiped down, kitchen was decently clean except for the floors & disgusting garbage can with food splatters all over it. Laundry & dishes were left in progress. Moldy food in the refrigerator. Hair in the bathtub. Vacasa refunded our cleaning fee which is better than nothing but really the bare minimum when the first hours of our vacation were spent cleaning. The biggest issue however was how uncomfortable the house was due to the heat. I get that many mountain homes do not have a/c & that’s fine. However, nearly every screen in the house was ripped & the main screen door was completely broken & taken for repair but was not fixed before we left. Windows that should open did not due to missing cranks (but the screens were ripped anyway.) It was close to 90 degrees in the main living spaces most of the day & evening. We had planned to cook our evening meals & it was so uncomfortably hot that we ended up eating out more than planned, which added to the expense of the trip. The mattresses were very comfortable but only flannel sheets were provided which is not what anyone wants when it’s still 80 degrees in the house at bedtime. The house has so much potential. It’s really cute, the living spaces are great. The bunk room& game room were perfect for our older teens. We loved the location & the views. If more attention was paid to maintenance & cleaning this could be a great option in Pagosa.

The BEST Pagosa Get Away
We absolutely loved this home. Amazing view of the mountains, walking distance to town, friendly deer visited in the mornings. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Easily fit our group of 7. We'll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Views
Perfect overlook of the mountains from the living room and a bonus overlook of the hot springs from the dining room. My significant other & I came here for our combined birthday trip and this was our second time staying. Would highly recommend this cabin for a getaway. If you come in the summer time I suggest checking out four mile falls! And in the winter you gotta check out Wolf Creek!

Mountain Home In Town
Magnificent/panoramic views!! We were in a neighborhood but it did not feel like it. The house is multi level which worked great for our family….the bunk room is a kids delight with the game area in the next room. The living room/kitchen and dining are all open together and it’s wonderful for always feeling close to what’s happening. Well outfitted kitchen with a gas cook stop at the breakfast bar. Large screen TV over the gas log fireplace for easy viewing. We felt like we had been invited to stay at a friends place rather than a rental….excellent beds, linens, pillows, games and quality baths. We will stay here again.

Just Awesome
What is there not to like. We had 2 small families trying to figure out where to vacation this summer. Randomly found this little town and house and fell in love. The house is perfect! Clean, maintained, easy access to everything amd oh the views... we enjoyed being at home just as much as being outdoors. Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Amazing views and a wonderful open concept with giant windows!!
We absolutely love this property. It has the views, the space and the kitchen we were hoping for. My wife and I have been going to Pagosa Springs for a couple of years now and have already said that we will bring our kids back here one day. Also, the key pad on the door made it so easy to not have to keep up with a key! No complaints and we are so grateful that this property was available!

Great Location and Views
Everything we wanted in a Pagosa AirBnB. Walkability to shops/restaurants and the river trail. Outstanding Mountain View’s. And on the doorstep of National Forest access. We were not during ski season, but great home base for Wolf Creek. There were only two of us, so we didn’t use the entire house, but it looks like it could host a lot of guests on three levels. Will definitely stay again. Great value for the space, location and setting.

Great but for a few things that were largely corrected.
We loved views through the windows, the living and dining and kitchen areas, hummingbirds on porch. Easy in and out without keys to carry. Responsive to concerns: flannel sheets when not needed, internet problems. Couldn't fix crank window in hot upper bedroom but did instruct how to push it open by hand. Dishwasher had odor from un-drained water, okay after a couple of special cleanings. No ac so extended hot days would be a problem, other than first night we were fine.
