The perfect vacation stay
We stayed in Page to enjoy the desert views and participate in an Ultra Race. The home was beautiful and at the perfect location for getting around. Close to restaurants and runs to the grocery store. The House was well furnished and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The Best!
This is a great place. Very spacious common areas, well stocked kitchen, stellar back yard. We had full access to the garage as well. Accommodations were clean and well stocked with amenities. This is a great host and great property. Highly recommend.

Perfect Home base in Page
We are a group of 4 retired friends who visited the sights around Page for 3 days. Frank’s place generously provided everything we needed: large kitchen, ample space to gather, eat, watch a movie, do laundry, and exercise. And it provided many private areas where we could sit, reflect and/or make phone calls without disturbing others. I especially loved the comfortable mattress in the primary suite. Please tell us what brand it is! I want to get one!

Nice home…great location
We really enjoyed our 1-week stay at this property in Page,AZ. Very clean/well maintained property. Loved the fenced in backyard with loads of grass, a tremendous water feature and a nice gas BBQ. Really the ideal location for those who are planning to spend a lot of time on Lake Powell…quick 10 minute drive to the Wahweap marina. Hope to be back within the next 18 months.

House was very well stocked. It was big and the backyard was so relaxing. We slept with the window opened (since it was cool weather) and could hear the soothing sound of the waterfall. We could see the canyons from the backyard. Close to everything we planned to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The property is dated so don’t expect modern appliances or updated finishes. Ice maker didn’t work. The towels are not great so being your own. Overall it could have been allot cleaner in my opinion but it was t filthy either. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The backyard is awesome and the location couldn’t be better. Walk down the street to access the Rim trail and stunning views of Lake Powel.

Relaxing stay
We liked everything about this house. Very beautiful home and it is exactly how it is pictured. Host was very responsive. They kept additional mattress and also a crib which is very thoughtful. Our only complain was with backyard cleanliness. We wish backyard seating could be cleaned. We wanted to hangout in backyard and that is why prefer this home but outdoor seating was very dirty and needed good deep clean.

Excellent House and Nice Yard
This is definitely really nice house and location, especially if you have dogs. There is plenty of room in the house and the yard (which is grass) is great for letting the dogs out. The physical condition of the accessories and furniture is excellent with no problems. There is even a nice selection of appliances, including an Instant Pot! The neighborhood is very quiet and there are trails and plenty of sidewalks to walk your dog(s). We would definitely stay at this location again if we were to go back to Page.

Wonderful stay
The property is excellent. It’s spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the small touches in the home like phone chargers next to the beds, ceiling fans in every room and the smart TV preloaded with streaming services.
