The house was built in 1998 and the apartment is completely furnished in the last two years. Complete furniture, bathroom, kitchen are new and in commercial use since July this year. Bedclothes, towels, cooking utensils and devices are new. The apartment has 76 square meters, + 120 sq. meters of garden with jacuzzi and fire place. The house also has a terrace of 35 sq.meters. From this terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. The nearest beach is 150m away, and the house is located at 35 meters above sea level.
The location is very peaceful and ideal for a pleasant vacation.
500 m from the house is a nature park with native forest, and a lot of bays with beaches.
The Pag city is 4 km away, the nearest shop is 3 km away.
