Delightful modern studio apartment above the garage in the grounds of the residential property of St Hilary.  Ideal location for walking into the village for pubs, takeaways and restaurants. There are a number of wonderful sandy beaches in the area.  Restricted headroom upstairs so mind your head!

Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided.
Accessibility:  Steps up to the top floor of the studio apartment. 
Kitchen & Utilities: Built-in oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining table and chairs
Nearest beach:  0.5 miles.
Nearest amenities:  0.2 miles.
Outdoors: Small lawn, garden furniture.
Parking:  Parking on the drive. 
Family facilities:  None provided.
Pets: 1 pet allowed - £35 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
