Holiday home 1km from the Gouffre de Padirac!

This house near the Gouffre de Padirac is located in a quiet countryside (1 km from the nearest village). It is built in the traditional style of the region with a turret and slate tiles. You will have a large garden with lots of space where children can play, flowers, shrubs, and fruit trees. From the veranda and the terrace, you have a view of the surrounding fields and woods. The interior of the house is of traditional Lotoise decoration and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, combined microwave oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

1 km away, don't miss the Gouffre de Padirac. If you want to swim, Lake Gramat is 10 minutes away by car. For a bike ride, also rent your equipment at Gramat. You will also find a zoo, a market and a supermarket. Go to Padirac if you want to eat in the restaurant.

By car, you can visit Rocamadour (14 km), St. Céré (16 km). Do not miss the castle of Castelnau-Bretenou (12km). If you like prehitorical caves, go visit those of Pech Merle (54km), and Rocamadour (14km). The perched village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (64km) also worth a visit.

Très belle localisation
L’arrivée et la localisation était vraiment top. Hélas nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur car nous étions sans cesse attaqués par les moustiques (bcp cette année a priori). La maison était équipée de moustiquaires mais hélas certaine sont en mauvaises états. Nous aurions apprécié un ventilateur car elle il a fait très chaud cet été et pas de climatisation. Quelques équipements seraient peut être à remettre à jour. Concernant l’espace de la maison nous en étions très satisfaits.

Toffe omgeving en gezellig huisje, weliswaar verouderd maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Leuk dat je de wasmachine mag gebruiken zoveel je dat wil zonder bij te betalen. Voor onze 4 chicuahuas was de tuin een paradijs. En de tuin is omheind . Minpunten zijn 1, de matrassen en de bedden. Matrassen zijn heel dun en als je u draaid in bed is iedereen wakker. 2, een geluk dat er een klein aparte diepvries is want je kan onmogelijk alles koud houden in de kleine ijkast zeker als je met 6 personen bent. Voor de rest top 👍

Hallo, wij zijn Frank en Dirk uit Vlaanderen, samen met Nelson en Charlie de Lemon Beagles, het is een mooi huis maar het interieur is aan een volledige restauratie toe, is blijven staan in de jaren 70, de elektriciteit is niet optimaal, Nederlandse zenders waren gaan vliegen, en het is een mooie tuin maar de omheining is er bij stukken niet aanwezig, is heel goed wanneer de honden goed luisteren, maar Beagles zijn jachthonden en voor hen niet goed genoeg, verder een mooie streek echt een aanrader, wij komen hier al 15 jaar en hebben ons hart hier verloren.

De eigenaar was op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig en was zeer behulpzaam. Het huis ...
De eigenaar was op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig en was zeer behulpzaam. Het huis was schoon en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Bij vragen hebben we via sms goed contact gehad met de eigenaar. Het huis ademt de vroegere sfeer uit en vormt samen met de grote tuin en diverse terrassen een prima vakantieplek. Het beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 3 toiletten, woonkamer, kelder, carpoort, wasmachine en droogmolen, keuken met koelkast, vriezer, combi magnetron, vaatwasser, enz. Ruimte zat en heerlijk koel te houden. Door de horren voor de ramen kan alles in de avond lekker open blijven. In het dorp Padirac was niet veel te beleven, maar de omgeving is prachtig en de ritjes naar de supermarkten of vele bakkers zijn heerlijk. De bekende grotten zijn op loopafstand, waar ook wat restaurantjes staan.

Heerlijk huis wat er prachtig uitziet met fraaie grote tuin en terras, compleet interieur, gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Leent zich voor het maken van mooie tochten in de Lot/Quercy. Zeer rustig gelegen, terwijl alle voorzieningen snel bereikbaar zijn (supermarkt 10 km).
