The hotel is always our first-pick, when traveling to Pacifica. The rooms have great views, lovely hot-tubs, and is so close to the beach. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip and always make an effort to come here every year.

The staff here were extremely friendly. We had a slight problem with our room keys, and they took care of the problem right away. Less than a five minute wait to get it fixed. All of the staff were also extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us suggestions for dining options. We would stay here again

LOTS of construction going on. The room itself felt like a motel 6- thin, cheap blankets and pillows, standing shower roughly the size of a coffin, and plate glass windows did not imbue me with a lot of confidence. Parking was a nightmare. The staff were nice and friendly and the view was great. Proximity to the beach was about the only positive thing.

Online reservations was easy. Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast would have made the stay better. On site restaurant and bar were fantastic. Being under construction/renovation and an inevitable at any hotel, it does take away from the experience. The exterior of the property could have been a little nicer/better kept. All in it was a good stay with no real complaints for the price and location.

Lovely place to stay with close proximity to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. This is definitely an older hotel that could use a little bit of an upgrade but all in all it was a great place to stay. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great work in progress. There were a lot of superficial issues, but everything necessary worked. One issue we had was with the patio. The neighbors were constantly walking past our back door looking into our room. They also smoked outside, which is where our heater/AC was, so it pulled the smoke into our room. Maybe make it no smoking on the whole property.
