NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Not the property for you.
No electricity on arrival. Hot tub not operable -plus camera pointed at it. No hot water in bathroom sinks. One toilet would never refill after flushing without removing the tank lid and hitting the inlet. Promised a plumber and they sent an office worker. No dishwasher tabs to wash dishes. No mixing bowls or salad bowls. Communication was poor. Do not stay here. Also, NO HELP FROM VRBO.

The property was amazing just as advertised. plenty of room for a large family. Defiantly enjoyed the hot tube. First choice for next time when we are in the area for my wife and I.

Fun and well-equipped space to hang out
A group of us stayed here for the weekend, and enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and the very open and well-equipped common area. The kitchen was very functional, there was enough seating for everyone, it was bright and cheerful, there was a carpet for the baby to play, and overall we thought it was a good environment for a group hang-out.

The home was very clean and private. Directions and information were clear and easy to get into the home. There is a private front yard and very spacious living room and kitchen with plenty of room for 8 adults. The deck and living room had an amazing sunset view! Very open and bright. There was a great tv and space for 8 adults.We found the small coffee pot and limited glasses frustrating and this would be an area of improvement for the company. We didn’t use the nice hot tub as the electrical hook up was concerning to us. Also, there weren’t extra towels provided for use which would have been nice . There was nice patio furniture to sit on deck comfortably. Each bed room was very clean. A towel was provided on each bed for use . Again, very clean. We found that minimal electrical outlets worked in some rooms and fan didn’t work in one room making it frustrating to charge items. The Laundry room was well stocked and wonderful to use . We did contact the company, who responded quickly about concerns with curtains in lower room not providing privacy and and electrical concern. They did respond very quickly but there wasn’t any resolution while we were there. Overall, the house was nice but the electrical concerns are only concern that would be something to inquire about .

Perfect location for SFO Airport, Bay Area
The property was clean, spacious (3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 downstairs). There is a deck with a hot tub and views of the foothills. The airport is about 20 minutes away, and Oracle Park is about 25 minutes away (perfect for sporting events and concerts). The management was very helpful, and we were able to check in an hour early. Supermarkets were about a 5 minute drive away. Restaurants with ocean views were about 6-7 minutes away.
