CLOSEST LOCATION to Lover’s Point: the beach is directly across the street. Park your car - you won’t need it. This beach home has everything you need for a perfect vacation with fun things to do seconds away! (And if you're coming for Concours week,you'll have the best view of the classic cars.) Sheltered white sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking (no need to bring your own - rent across the street). Volleyball court, seasonal kiddie pool, a café, beachside grill and a great restaurant surrounded by a park. Minutes to Cannery Row, Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf for dining, shopping, whale watching and fishing excursions.
Three blocks away: downtown Pacific Grove, Farmers Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Nearby: world class golf, scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel and Big Sur. FEATURES: The large, elevated deck has ocean views, a bistro table with a built-in fire pit and seating for six (barbecue in back). The main living area has comfy leather recliner sofas, a bay view windowseat and table for evening games, a den with a sectional and a jumbo TV, and a separate dining area.
With so many restaurants and cafes in walking distance you may never cook, but the kitchen is a delight with painted cabinetry, seafoam quartz countertops, a JennAir four burner gas range, and a corner breakfast nook.
There are three guest rooms with quality King beds, one downstairs and two upstairs. The second guest room on the upper level has a TV, memory foam electric controlled bed, and an ocean view. The spacious master has an upholstered headboard, TV, and a bistro table in the corner with views. There are two baths: the lower has a stall shower; the upper has a clawfoot tub/shower.  
PARKING: Single car garage fits sedan or compact cars and SOME SUVs depending on height (check top and bottom clearance - use at your own risk). Additional free street parking when available, and free parking across the street from 6pm to 9am. Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0474

Loved Our Stay
The location was great with it being close to the aquarium, right across from Lover’s Point, and walking distance to a couple of coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was slightly tricky when we were lucky to have some sunny weather and people wanted to enjoy the water. Would stay here again.

Quick family getaway
This house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with our young adult children, and had such an amazing time! Enough space for everyone, super comfortable and perfectly equipped. Easy walk to the aquarium and Cannery Row. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come again!

Fantastic house for family gathering
The house was the perfect spot for our short weekend getaway to Pacific Grove. The immaculate house was exactly as shown and described in the listing. It makes a great base for exploring Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove. We'll definitely stay here again!

Third Stay at the White House
We just finished our third time renting the White House: my wife, myself, my son, my daughter-in-law, and my four year old grandson. Perfect location for walks along Monterey Bay and into Pacific Grove for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Proximity of Carmel and Pebble Beach is a major plus.

We took my 80 year Mother for her birthday. My daughter also joined us. The location was perfect, we spent all our time sitting in the window seat. We did have an odd situation where the smoke alarm went off downstairs for some unknown reason.

My wife and I love Pacific Grove and this house was perfect. We could walk to the Beach House restaurant, downtown Pacific Grove, and take a nice walk along the coastline. Would highly recommend!

What a slice of heaven. Perfectly situated at Lovers Point with a beautiful view of Monterey Bay. Right across from the rec trail and walkable to downtown PG. Loved the fire pit on the deck. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Mother’s Day get together
Loved staying at the White House at lovers point every morning walked along beach ,had coffee and light breakfast at Cafe at lovers point ,walked downtown to shop and Peppers for lunch ,Beach house for dinner ,every night especially enjoyed the fire pit and view ! Home was very clean ,beds so comfortable,and perfect stay for families we will definitely will be booking for another stay !

This property was just what I’d hoped for—3 generations and it was perfect in size and location. The teenagers had plenty to do right out the door. The weather was just right and we made use of the deck table and gas fireplace every night.

Great Stay!
We loved the "WhiteHouse" We were 4 adults and it worked perfectly. The house is right across from the beach and we got the best weather of the year!!! Crazy busy during the day but so much fun watching the action from the deck. However, at night, very quiet and still fun to sit out on the deck. We will try to come back when we can!

Gorgeous home and best location!
Absolutely love this home! This super spectacular home is the best scenic location in Pacific Grove. We rented this home for our bride and bridesmaids to stay at for our daughter’s wedding at Lover’s Point. Everything was beautiful and updated and clean and comfortable! The views from front deck are wonderful and it was a great to take photos at. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything as promised!
Staying at the Whitehouse was wonderful. The pictures on the website are true to how beautiful the home is. The outdoor space with comfortable seating and firepit was our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed. The view was awesome! We had no problems at all. We had a small SUV that fit in the garage and that was nice. We will stay again!

Visit to the Pacific Grove Whitehouse.
Spent five days—our second time renting this house—my wife, my son, my daughter-in-law, my 3 year old grandson, and myself. Fabulous location: walk to the aquarium with Carmel and Pacific Grove for lunch and dinner. Wonderful walks with waves breaking on the rocks. Excellent seaside charm and comfort.

Location location location
We really enjoyed our stay in Monterey and hope to go again. The property was lovely and in an absolutely fabulous location. We walked to the Aquarium. We walked to the butterfly sanctuary. We walked to downtown. All easy, pleasant walks. The property was just as advertised with three big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, dining area, and two seating areas. Nice view out the front windows, too! It was too cold to use the deck, but that looked like it would be fun in better weather.
