Beachouse - Pacific Grove Beach House - Amazing Oceanview

Set sail for the ultimate vacation! Perched like a ship atop the powdery white sands of the Asilomar Dunes, this beach house features luxe furnishings, a modern kitchen, a sheltered patio, and ocean views. Upstairs there's a master suite with a Cal King bed and a second guest room with a Queen; the lower floor has a third bedroom with two twins and a media room with a pull-out sofa. There are five flat panel TVs in the home.
Asilomar Beach - at the gateway to Pebble Beach - offers some of the most stunning scenery on the California coast. Spend your days at the sheltered cove at the end of the street. Take long walks on the boardwalk. Play golf, visit the Aquarium, or surrender to the charms of Carmel. At close of day, head to Spanish Bay for a sunset libation. Then come home, light a fire, and fall asleep to the sounds of the surf.
NOTE: This is a quiet residential neighborhood (no loud noise or events are permitted) in an environmentally sensitive area. The California Coastal Commission does not allow walking on the dunes, as plants can easily be damaged - but there is a great sandy beach just down the road for your enjoyment.  Pacific Grove Transient Use License #143

One of our best VRBO stays. Modern house with amazing views on the ocean. Professional kitchen (Sub zero, Viking range, 2 dishwashers). Perfectly clean. Deers even come to the window to visit!

The Boathouse
We loved our stay at the Boathouse! The home itself if wonderfully decorated, meticulously maintained and extremely well stocked.! We enjoyed watching the deer sitting in the dunes around the house. The location is perfectly located to Asilomar Beach!

House was recently renovated and had everything you could imagine. Heated floors, amazing view and walking distance to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves at night. We will look for this house in future trips.

Perfect Stay at Asilomar
We rented the house as a home base for a family trip to Monterey. It's in a perfect location - close to Monterey and to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Big Sur. The house is spectacular! Super clean, easy to check-in, easy to find things in the house, effortless check-out. Great communication with property managers, as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home
We have stayed in this home twice and have loved it each time. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc to cook and entertain for our family. We had two couples and one elderly mother stay and all enjoyed their time. Beautiful views. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Celebrating the New Year in beautiful Pacific Grove
We have stayed twice at this home in 2022, once with friends and then with our adult children New Years weekend. It is very spacious, clean and in a nice location. It is a short walk to the beach and for a longer walk you could go to downtown Pacific Grove. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful relaxing vacation
I celebrated my 75th birthday with my daughter and family in this beautiful home. The home feels both private and relaxing with beautiful views. A wonderful sanctuary with easy walks to the ocean paths. Comfortable beds which are important to me. Loved it. Also easy access.

The most beautiful place in the world
I may be biased, we love pacific grove and because we will probably not be back for a while and because of what we were celebrating I thought we would stay at this incredible house. Nothing like waking up with a 270 degree view of the most beautiful coastline. Thank you so much, it was perfect! Just what we needed!

Gorgeous house!

Beautiful home near Pebble Beach
Really nice house near the water and very convenient to Pebble Beach, Monterey and Carmel. Private yet easy to get to from the airport. Beautiful views and great floor plan and top quality throughout.Only issue is the internet. Check your carrier to make sure you have adequate coverage. T-Mobile had 1 bar.

Inspirational!
Great location by Asilomar and walk to the ocean, incredible 270 degree views from upstairs bedrooms, kitchen, and family room with a well-equipped kitchen, and comfy beds! The quality of the home far exceeds the cost of the rental. We were there to run in the BSIM, and the home gave us the respite we needed before and after the race. Thank you!

The best house we've ever rented for a conference.
Nothing about this house disappoints. The knives are even sharp! I went with a small group of math teachers, and everything about the house was perfect for "colleagues going to a conference at Asilomar." The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the conference grounds. 4 minute walk to the beach. EPIC sunset views. Well-kept bedrooms. Fluffy towels. The great room is a nice size. Really, if this is your budget, I can't imagine a nicer house. I've been going to a particular conference at Asilomar for 14 years, and have rented many nice houses in Pacific Grove, Carmel, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. This one wins. PS--There are a lot of deer.

Luxury Beach Retreat
We didn’t want to leave! So quiet and peaceful with luxury amenities. Ocean views are spectacular and deer every morning on the property to greet you. The house is extremely well laid out, clean, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is a sleeper sofa in the den so really is a 4 bedroom/4bath. Wrap around balcony was perfect to sit and watch the sunset. Whales were playing in the ocean just in front of the house. The house exceeded expectations on every level, and was even better than the pictures portray. Radiant heat flooring, and a massive rainfall shower head and gigantic master bath tub as well as chefs kitchen were well appreciated. Prompt, professional communication with the property manager and easy check in and out. We will be back!

Stunning Home in the Sand Dunes
We rent a beach house each year and they all seem to offer something different. This beautiful home is nestled in the sand dunes of Pacific Grove and was super cool to have that scenery surround you. This home is also uniquely surrounded by a lot of wildlife. We watched birds, squirrels, chipmunks and deer throughout our stay. The deer were so friendly, they visited everyday! The oceans views were beautiful and super cool tide pools down the street. The beach is a short walk down the street. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean! The location of the home was very close to visit the aquarium and wharf. It’s is literally a 10 minute drive. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. The home does not offer bikes for cruising if you’re looking for that. Our stay, although in June was on the cooler side, so a fire pit on the patio would have made that more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to someone looking for an exceptional house with a lot of amenities offered.
