Watching the ever-changing Pacific Ocean by day, and a dazzling blanket of twinkling city lights by night. Imagine whale watching from your own deck as they enter the Pacific Grove Marine Gardens Park (an under the ocean park) directly across from the house. Watch the scuba divers diving just a stone's throw from the shoreline. Two-blocks to famous centrally located Lover's Point Park. Take a walk along the beach on the Monterey Bay Coastal Trail; past Asilomar Beach, onward to Pebble Beach and the famous 17-Mile Drive. Or towards Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf by the historic downtown Monterey with its shops & restaurants.

Stroll down Ocean View Boulevard to Lover's Point Park and rent a bike or surrey (4-person bike), travel along the Monterey Bay Coastal Trail to the Aquarium, Cannery Row and Old Fisherman's Wharf and beyond! Save the parking fees because of the convenience of never needing to take your car. Bike rental is available at the Lover's Point Park (next to the snack bar) and at Cannery row as well. All it takes is less than 10 minutes of driving to Carmel-by-the-Sea; an amazing, European-style village with shops, restaurants, wine tour, art galleries, and more.

Great Time in Pacific Grove
Enjoyed our stay at this rental. Great location. Views of the ocean, seals, otters & birds were astounding. We walked to restaurants and we cooked in and hung out on the patio & balcony and enjoyed the view. We would stay here again.

Had my sisters in for a short stay. This property was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of room, very clean, all the supplies that you would want, view of ocean is fantastic, location to both Monterey and Carmel was an easy commute. Love the walking path just across the street. Grace was always hospitable & timely on communication. Highly recommend this home!

It was awesome to have coffee and watch the seals from the front porch, have trails right out your front door, and close to all the attractions. It’s a very nice little house, well appointed, and Grace was quick to respond to all our questions.

Great location in Pacific Grove!
We enjoyed our stay at this location, as it was close to everything we hoped to do and see. Parking was easy and the views incredible. You’re right at the waters edge with plenty of frolicking seals and sea otters and seals right in front of the house!

Super cute, historical house in amazing location.
I loved the simplicity of this house and the view is amazing. Even in cooler weather, it was great to sit in the sun on the deck in the morning and enjoy my coffee. Morning walks were great, too.

My wife and I brought our 6 and 3 year old here for their spring break. Great location. House was clean and the views were incredible. Very convenient to Monterey and Carmel. Pacific Grove is walkable. We had no issues while we were there.

Great little house on the ocean
We had a great stay. The house is very cute and comfortable. It was absolutely spotless, and I have to give an extra shout out for the comfortable beds - you don’t often find those in a VRBO - and 2 kings in PG is hard to find as well. We arrived on the weekend so the traffic from Lovers Point made it seem a little busy, but it was perfect during the week. We loved being right across the street from the beach path where we could hope over and take a walk or sit on a bench by the ocean any time we wanted. We had a great stay, the house worked really well for us!

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway!
We had a weekend away with friends at this beautiful home - great location with incredible views from the living space and both decks. Walking paths along the water right across the street - 15 min walk into Monterey. Highly recommend this home, the owner was lovely to work with.

Great View - I Miss It Already
This is a great little house with a fantastic view. I miss getting up each morning and watching the sea otters from my bedroom window. Central location to many activities. Parking was easy. Pacific Grove is a very welcoming town. The walking path across from the house is fantastic. Very beautiful location.

Lovely House
Stayed for a week. A lovely spot overlooking the sea, whale watching from the deck or dining table. A very clean and well equipped house. Pacific Grove is a nice small town and nicer to stay in than Monterey itself. Walking distance to the Aquarium which is a must do.

Great Stay in Monterey
This place was perfect. Right on the water with a great path on the ocean. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. It was clear the owner put a lot of work into making the place nice. Great location too. 5 min from restaurants. 5 min from Pebble Beach. Short drive to wineries in Carmel. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Pacific grove getaway
This house was in a great location. Across the street from a jogging/bike trail that went for miles along the coast. Short walk to aquarium and shops in Monterrey. Only complaint was that we had issues with the heat in the house and the weather was chilly. Overall a perfect house for a small family

Wonderful stay in Pacific Grove
We truly enjoyed our stay in Pacific Grove. It was very easy to communicate with Grace, she was very quick at answering any questions that we had. The house is very clean and very well equipped with everything that you need. The beds were very comfortable. The view is magnificent, nature right outside your door. The walkway in front of the house was great. It is a 5 Min walk to lovers point (restaurants, place to rent kayak and paddle boards) and about 20 mins walk to Cannery row. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Loved the area and would go back.

Definitely want to stay again!
The house was simple and exactly what we needed for our stay. The only con was parking across the street away from the house. Neighbors took up all the parking in front of and on the side street. But the location is amazing! I got to say hello to my seal, sea lion, and sea otter friends every morning. We even saw whales one morning from the living room when there was no fog! If you’re looking for a great priced place to stay that’s private and simple, this is it. I’m already planning our next trip there and we just got back home today.

Marvelous
My family stayed for 4 days. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and totally comfortable, with room for lounging and just watching the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Shops, restaurants, and galleries are all within a few minutes drive. We biked in the 17-mile drive, shopped and had dinner at Carmel-by-The-Sea, sailed in Monterey Bay, and toured Big-Sur. I highly recommend this property as a gorgeous getaway for a couple or a family retreat.

Great. The house and location was all that we expected. I lived in area over 30 years ago and loved everything about the location and rental. Terrific views. Take a few steps out the front door and walk the bay forever if you would like. My family loved everything and we hope to return several times. Very easy to work with owners. Stop looking and book this wonderful vacation home
We spent a memorable Thanksgiving weekend (4 nights) here with our 3 grown kids. The home was more than roomy enough for 5 of us. The cleanliness and the updates on this waterfront home made for such an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was a dream & equipped enough to make TG dinner. The views were completely amazing and we were lucky enough to see whales one morning. The walking/running path right outside the home was so convenient. We golfed Pebble Beach, had spa day close by, and sailed Monterey Bay. We all agreed this was one of our best gatherings and we hope to return soon!

Great stay in Pacific Grove
We had a great stay at the property. The location worked out great for the area. You are right down from Lover's Point and close to the heart of Pacific Grove, the Aquarium and a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The property was well stocked and clean. The washer/dryer works especially well for a rental. The parking behind the house worked well for smaller SUV (larger would be tight) but there was a lot of street parking as well. Two things to note with the bathrooms. The one shower/bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs - not a complaint just a note. Also, the upstairs shower is very short and a little tight for space. It worked fine but just a tight fit if you are close to 6ft. The other thing to note is the house has 5 doors from the outside. The neighborhood feels very safe but the number of doors was just unique for us given the size of the place.
