2 level house with reverse floor plan. 1st level entry has garage, back patio with hot tub. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Master with king bed, tv and full bath with shower. Bedroom with queen/queen bunks. 3rd bedroom has queen/queen bunks. Full hall bath with tub & shower. Upstairs has open great room with cozy TV area, dining area and open kitchen. 1/2 bath.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
5 night minimum in summer. For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
