Our covered front porch is great for enjoying relaxing evening sunsets in our Adirondack chairs, after a long day at the beach. Seabrook is our favorite coastal town and the home is fully equipped with all the comforts you will need.

Happy As A Clam is a very bright and peaceful home, which features a large built in Nook with seating space for 6, with an additional space for 2 at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen includes a Coffee Maker, Wine Glasses, Blender and fully stocked cookware. In the living space there is a 42 inch Plasma TV with Blue Ray DVD, WIFI, Gas Fireplace and board games to enjoy for family game night. In the Primary bedroom, has a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features two built in Bunks which are a twin over twin, and a twin over full. There is also half bathroom on the main floor.

We welcome you to enjoy the outdoor shower that can be used for a dog wash. Dog towels are provided as well. There is also a Briquette BBQ for outdoor cooking. We hope you will love and enjoy this home, and leave with a feeling of being Happy as a Clam!
