Great spot!
We love staying in Pacific Beach & this was our first time staying in this cottage. A really lovely home with comfortable beds & great location. We appreciated some of the small details that make a difference, such as how sharp the kitchen knives were, the good quality paper towels and toilet paper. It appears that someone takes great care to make this home a comfortable place to stay.

Updated little cottage
The cottage is nicely furnished and comfortable. Our 11 month old dog stayed with us. The back deck was nice to sit outside on a sunny day. The weather was perfectly sunny too! The beach is so close we went every day. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great property, quiet neighborhood, super close walk to the beach. House was clean and larger than appears in pictures. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked with plenty of basics to do whatever cooking you plan for.

Wonderful vacation!
Beautiful house for our family and really close to the beach. The house had an awesome kitchen. It had everything we needed except a colander for pasta but we improvised. The rooms were all very clean, and we loved the fenced backyard for our dog. There was a bbq on the deck too which wasn’t advertised, but really good to know if you are staying. We would for sure stay there again!

Exactly what was advertised!
Property is exactly as advertised which was what we were looking for when we made the reservation. Appreciated the TV as it wasn't the best weather and one day was a complete washout! Also, nice layout and clean property. Would definitely stay again if headed that way.

Pros: The cottage was clean and comfortable, specially the beds. It is well stocked with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Cons: The online listing stated that it is a few steps to the beach. This is not the case. The beach is several blocks from the beach.

Exactly what we were looking for (and advertised)!
Cottage was perfect for what we wanted and the description was true to what we experienced (always a good thing). When we arrived (and we were allowed to check in a little early -- THANK YOU), it smelled freshly cleaned and everything was clean inside the cottage and around the grounds. No complaints from us, except the weather! :) Would definitely consider staying again if we head that way!

Amazing house and location
We were so comfortable staying here for a few nights. With two small children, the house was a perfect size, the available apps on the TV kept us entertained when we weren't enjoying the beach, the kitchen came in useful, and the beds were very comfortable. It was super clean, there were plenty of cups, plates, and flatware. We even enjoyed BBQ and watched shooting stars on the back porch. We will definitely be returning.

GREAT STAY
My wife and I had a great stay in Pacific Beach. This is a well kept-up property and super comfortable. This house is truly just steps away from the beach. My wife and I and dog had several terrific hikes along the water with the vast Pacific waves rolling in. Because we'd brought our small dog, we really appreciated the fenced back yard where we could let him outside in the evening. Pacific Beach itself is still somewhat struggling to recover from the economy, but everyone there was nice, and there's a terrific coffee shop! We enjoyed driving the short distance to Seabrook for a nice dinner. Our stay was short, but we'd definitely go back again.

Parent’s 50th Wedding get away
My parents were wanting to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. However, having too little for babies made it hard for them to go away places thankfully this wonderful vacation home let them go and enjoy the ocean ,which is what they love, still stay close to home in Washington yet still be able to get away and be refreshed for a few days. According to their description, the house with exactly how it looked online . It was beautiful, well-kept, clean and perfect for my parents. Being their first VRBO they’ve ever stayed at, They had some complications, knowing how to lock the door, but fortunately they called and talk to someone (Lisa) and she sent someone right out within minutes to help them configure the door lock. She even let me know that they could go a little early since the cleaning was already done and the house was ready and I appreciated that very much! I highly recommend this cute getaway and want to thank Lisa and her team for making my parents anniversary a memorable one!

This is the perfect place for a stormy weekend
It is very cleverly decorated, inviting, warm and amazingly well stocked. We and our dogs were very comfortable and happy with the accommodation. I would really like to know the brand of the mattress in the front bedroom because I really want to buy one. It was the best couple night's sleep I've had in a very long time. Thank you for a great weekend at the ocean!

This property is well situated in walking distance to the beach and/or an easy drive to drive on, off leash beach. The property is well maintained and has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and cozy furnishings. Love it and the owner runs the cutest home decor shop in nearby Seabrook, WA!

Needs deep cleaning
Overall the property was good, location, updated, and all the amenities needed to cook with. However, there were a couple of issues. The property does state it allows dogs, which I don't have a problem with, since I sometimes will bring my dog. But I figured the property would take extra steps to ensure that there is minimal dog hair left by the previous guests. I didn't notice when we first walked in, but when sweeping the floor, after we come back from the beach, I was sweeping up noticeable amounts of dog hair. Even the carpet had dog hair and the sheets on the bed. If the rental is going to allow dogs, you need to deep clean for the next guest. I also pulled up the cushions on the couches, they definitely have not been pulled off in some time and vacuumed under. Also, they have installed the most sensitive smoke alarm, it didn't matter what you were cooking it would go off, even with windows open. It was annoying. Everything else about this place was great, however I don't know if I would rebook this place again since the cleanliness of the unit was so poor. Which is disappointing.

We loved our time at this rental! It was clean, and the beds were super comfy! The beds were the best we have experienced at a stay away from home. The kitchen was great, well stocked. Everything was nice, and the fenced back yard for our dog was perfect. Our kids, ages 4 and 5 had a great time here. Plus its a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful Rental
This adorable rental was just as advertised - cute, cozy and clean - with easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed our one-week stay and could actually relax which was our goal. Friends joined us for a couple days, and it was easy to "host" them since the house has a second bedroom and plenty of living room space! Our rental contact, Lisa, was very helpful and attentive during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to rent this house again in the future or it's sister house right next door! Thank you for a wonderful vacation at Pacific Beach!
