"This was an amazing place to celebrate a friend's birthday. There ended up being 8 of us and the property manager was so understanding to that last minute change. There were instructions on how to use everything and let us know where items were which was super helpful. Beach access was just down the street and we were able to drive our cars onto the beach. Did some hiking and beach combing. There were plenty of beds for us all to sleep and couches for us in the living room. There are only two things to consider, parking and wheelchairs. If you can't car pool and have more than three cars, you will need to figure out some place else to park. If you're in a wheelchair access into the house and the shower will be difficult as there is no ramp and the shower is a tub shower.Other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here!"

"This was our second time staying at the house. My husband and I stayed in the spring and knew we wanted to go back with our grown kids. It was great. The location is perfect. The dogs love the beach and the ability to run for miles. The house comes equipped with everything you need to cook. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. Everyone had their own space and it was big enough to play games and work on a puzzle together. I like being so close to Seabrook but have a bit more space. "

"Sandy’s Pacific Beach House was a fantastic place for a winter getaway, and would be perfect for the summer as well. Spacious with a beautiful view and lots to do. We loved the game room and the giant dining table - room for puzzles and eating! The furniture was comfy for everyone and the house was super clean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach during breaks in the rain and cozy fireplace when we returned. "

"The Sandcastle house was clean and inviting. It was well stocked with dishwasher soaps, paper towels, and trash bags. There were plenty of extra blankets for the night and plenty of beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub fits 6 teens very well. The kitchen had a large crockpot that I used to serve hot apple cider. The laundry unit in the house was amply stocked with washer pods but I did not see any dryer sheets. I loved the master bedroom with the door to a balcony with table set to sit outside and enjoy fresh air with a blanket wrapped around you and a cup of coffee. The kitchen had a Kherig and a regular coffee maker. There were plenty of pots and pans, serving bowls, and utensils for all of our needs. The only item we needed but couldn’t find was a claw spoon to serve spaghetti. But that is an easy remedy for the owners. Thank you for the wonderful stay and top notch cleaning service prior to our arrival. "

"Clean, well stocked, great beds, well priced, & good location - we really enjoyed this property for a couple late December clam digging nights. TV usage & loads of board games were a nice bonus. Easy to get to, very near beach access, and a quick drive into Seabrook, if interested. Would highly recommend & would stay again."
