"We had a wonderful experience staying here. The apartment was very clean and met our needs perfectly. We would stay here again if available. One thing to know is that the apartment is below and behind the garage on the property, we were a little confused of where to go at first. "My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter who is in college in Tacoma. What a lovely cottage! Conveniently located to walk down the hill to the shoreline and coffeeshops. Communication with the owners was clear and great. We look forward to staying here again on future visits."

"Beware! Property has long term renters with disgruntled exs that come pounding on doors multiple times a day. I called the police and management and decided it wasn’t a safe spot for me and my child who were there for an event. Management didn’t care about us at all. They have camera everywhere but don’t apparently use them. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors come and go. Was really looking forward to this trip and this experience ruined our whole weekend and Tacoma experience. Stay clear! "
