"Really great villa - absolutely huge, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. Swing and trampoline perfect for the kids. Host left breakfast stuff for us when we arrived and brought us a cake when they came to clean the pool, which was a lovely touch. There are limited amenities in Simou (the nearest village) so a car is essential. Well-stocked smaller shops in Giolou and good supermarkets in Polis / Paphos. Latchi and Akamas peninsular very close. Highly recommended!"

"Had a very relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa - loved the pool and the amazing views over the sea. The villa has everything you need and a very generous welcome pack was much appreciated. Comfortable bed and quality bed linens and towels. Villa is in a quiet location and has privacy which made our holiday the restful time we needed. Pool area has very comfortable sun loungers and towels to fit! Loved having breakfast on the terrace by the pool listening to the sound of the sea. Great to sit here to watch the most amazing sunsets every evening. Great communication from the owner - always quick to respond and really appreciated a late check out as no guests were due to arrive until the next day. Thank you so much - we will return!!"

"The villa is equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. You can find every item you may need. Some minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants. The owner is willing to connecting with you at any time. time.twillinconnectconne"

"It was disappointing to arrive at Villa Thio to find that the property was not as advertised. The pool was dirty (the property manager did come with his son and a janitor to clean it when we made them aware), the sitting room had curtains hanging off the rails, the bathrooms were in need of a good spring cleaning. No mats on the sun beds - and some of them were in very poor condition. No pool towels provided (we had to buy some). The property manager Savvas was helpful but he couldn’t really appreciate our point of view I think. I always think a holiday should be nicer than your own home - a treat, a pleasant place to spend time relaxing. Unfortunately this was not. It was difficult to explain our expectations of cleanliness, comfort etc to a person who may not have experienced them himself. We managed to make the most of our holiday because we needed time together as a family to rest and relax, but all in all this was not good value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it."
