My guaranteed reservation was never made
I never got to stay there as my reservation wasn't accepted by the hostel because it isn't a part of hotels.com. When I contacted Hotels.com, they said they couldn't reach the owner to refund my money. So I stayed elsewhere and ended paying double what I should have.

Tuve un imprevisto en carretera y llegue al hotel a las 5am x lo menos para dormir un rato y bañarnos. Estuve tocando 20 minutos y llamando y nadie me abrió ni contestó. No había timbre Quiero la devolución de mi dinero.
