The attic apartment, tastefully renovated with wooden beams, has two bedrooms, fully and comfortably furnished; a kitchen-living room, bathroom with large shower, a mini laundry. All rooms have air conditioners of last generation. The sun terrace, will give you the opportunity to relax in the sun. The attic has a private entrance and overlooks a large garden. The beach, just 150 meters from the house is accessible by private road and therefore only frequented by holiday makers. E 'consists of an enormous inlet, in the shape of a horseshoe, 5 Km long. The area surrounding the hotel is known as the district Granelli. This seaside resort, part of the territory of Pachino, is located a few kilometers from the beautiful Marzamemi, where the summer nightlife is well known.
Yet a few km we find Pozzallo, famous for "Fish Festival". Finally taking the autrostrada, in half an hour you can reach Syracuse, which, rich in history and breathtaking scenery, is known to all for its historic center: Ortigia.

Mansarda pessima
La mia esperienza è stata pessima. Ho soggiornato per 3 settimane con la mia famiglia, 2 adulti e 4 bambini ( dai 5 anni in giù), la casa e’ molto piccola la cucina è piccolissima e non c’è neanche posto dove mettere la spesa, visto che i mobili presenti sono tutti pieni di piatti, bicchieri ecc… troppi per le persone che possono starci dentro, inoltre la casa e’ arredata con arredamento vecchio e di un legno pesantissimo, i mobili vecchi e facevano fatica a chiudersi e aprirsi. Inoltre per le prime 2 settimane abbiamo avuto la doccia con acqua fredda ( durava 3 minuti e mezzo). I proprietari sono molto per le loro e sinceramente il contrario di tutte le persone siciliane ( molto cordiali e socievoli). I prodotti tipici che ci ha dato al nostro arrivo sono stati un pacchetto di pavesini, sale e zucchero. Ah nell’annuncio c’era scritto che c’è il wi-fi ( cosa assolutamente falsa). Non consiglierei mai questa struttura.

La mansarda nella località ideale!
Siamo stati accolti dalla disponibilità ed accortezza della proprietaria sig.ra Silvana, donna sicula dalla piacevole compagnia. La mansarda è dotata di ogni confort e sebbene dista pochissimo dal mare di Pachino Granelli, è situata in una zona strategica della Sicilia del sud, permettendo di fatto di raggiungere le migliori località di mare ed entroterra con pochissime distanze. Si consiglia la struttura x 2/4 persone. Sergio, Eva e Brigida

Bellissima vacanza
Siamo stati accolti con molta attenzione e premura per le varie esigenze. La signora Silvana e suo marito Mimmo sono ospiti eccezionali. La casa ha una posizione bellissima a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, spiaggia libera non troppo affollata (giusto la domenica) e possibilità di andare al mare anche separatamente. Casa molto pulita, noi eravamo in sei, un po’ stretta forse ma ci si adatta tranquillamente. Bagno grande e comodo e terrazza all’aperto molto piacevole. È vicinissima a Pachino con supermercati e un meraviglioso fruttivendolo sulla strada (prodotti degni di nota). Speriamo di tornarci!!

Vacanza rilassante a due passi dal mare
Casa pulitissima e super accessoriata, i proprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi è sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta, Silvana ci persino fatto assaggiare un’ottima caponata palermitana e le cipolle gratinate. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti è grande e pulita. Volendo trovare il pelo nell’uovo la mansarda è un po’ piccola per quattro adulti. Un affettuoso saluto a Silvana e Mimmo che sono stati ospiti eccezionali.

siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e durante il nostro soggiorno i signori proprietari hanno accolto con prontezza e disponibilità ogni nostra richiesta. Cosy et accueillant
Appartement très cosy au 1er étage de la maison de Silvana, qui nous a reçu avec énormément de gentillesse et d'attention (merci beaucoup!). Très bien équipé et décoré avec soin, à proximité d'une belle plage familiale de sable fin (idéale pour les enfants en bas âge car en pente douce), nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances au calme, tout en pouvant rayonner en voiture sur la Sicile baroque (de Syracuse à Modica).

Siamo stati molto bene
Tutto davvero fantastico, casa accogliente, una delle poche volte che abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima, c'è tutto il necessario, siamo stati due settimane, biancheria a disposizione per il cambio, Silvana e Mimmo sono gentili accoglienti, Mimmo è un libro di storia di tutti i luoghi da visitare, disponibile a dare qualsiasi indicazione per dove andare, se non si ha voglia di andare in giro, la bellissima spiaggia con mare incantevole e acqua sempre calda, è davvero a due passi. Sono stati carini anche nella disponibilità di ospitare per qualche giorno il fidanzato di nostra figlia. Cosa dire di più? Se sarà possibile ci torneremo sicuramente.

Vacanza indimenticabile
Abbiamo passato la più bella vacanza della famiglia:io,mio marito e i nostri figli (4) ci siamo sentiti a casa;l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e familiare e la casa ha tutti i confort.La spiaggia, vicinissima all'abitazione e molto tranquilla, permette di andare e tornare comodamente ,l'acqua è splendida e non usciresti mai!I dintorni sono ricchi di storia e le discussioni più accese in famiglia riguardavano la scelta tra godere il mare o le bellezze artistiche e naturali.Strepitosa colazione al Caffè al Ciclope a Pachino. Grazie ancora a Silvana e al marito per la gentilezza ricevuta, le belle chiacchierate e per i posti che ci hanno fatto vedere.Con affetto Anna,Luigino,Mariasara,Francesco,Emanuele,Elisa.

Una vacanza speciale
Siamo tornati poche ore fa da un soggiorno di 2 settimane, 2 genitori , 2 ragazzini ed il nostro cagnolino Fiocco. Casa bellissima, mare vicino e pulitissimo, città storiche meravigliose da visitare ad un passo, granite (cremolate) da non credere ed infine 2 ospiti di prim'ordine:Silvana e Guglielmo (Mimmo). Con Mimmo nei paraggi potete buttare guide turistiche, navigatori e libri di storia; con Silvana potete gustare piatti squisiti della tradizione siciliana e fare lunghe partite a carte. Grande appartamento , great hosts
"In Sept. 2014, we stayed at Marzamemi for 2 weeks and we have been very warmly received by our hosts. The apartment and its equipment equivalent to the entire scope of the listing description and photos. The very well equipped apartment is tastefully furnished in Sicilian style and is located only a few steps away to a beautiful beach. Although our Italian language skills were very limited, so we can all have a good time together with French, English and German. We will certainly spend again in Sicily in one of our holiday next summer and be pleased if we can enjoy the hospitality of our hosts in Marzamemi again. We wish our hosts and their family all the best and look forward to seeing them again! Ulrike, Lisa-Marie and Klaus from Freiburg - Black Forest Im September 2014 waren wir für 2 Wochen bei Marzameni und wurden von unseren Gastgebern überaus herzlich aufgenommen. Die Ferienwohnung und deren Ausstattung entsprach im ganzen Umfang der Inseratsbeschreibung und den Fotos. Die überaus gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll im Sizilianischen Stil eingerichtet und liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Auch wenn unsere Italienischen Sprachkenntnisse sehr begrenzt waren, so haben wir uns mit Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch ganz gut miteinander unterhalten können. Wir werden sicherlich in einem der nächsten Sommer unserer Ferien wieder auf Sizilien verbringen und freuen uns wenn wir die Gastfreundschaft in Marzamemi wieder genießen können. Wir wünschen den Gastgebern und Ihrer Familie noch alles Gute und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! L'appartamento e le attrezzature suo equivalente per l'intero ambito della descrizione elenco e foto . L'appartamento molto ben attrezzata è arredato con gusto in stile siciliano e si trova a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia . Anche se le nostre competenze di lingua italiana erano molto limitate , in modo che tutti possiamo avere un buon tempo insieme con il francese , inglese e tedesco . Ci sarà sicuramente passeremo nuovamente in Sicilia in una delle nostre vacanze la prossima estate e lieti se possiamo godere di nuovo l'ospitalità in Marzamemi . posto bellissimo
