"Hotel was an excellent standard for this type of resort hotel and in low season very good value, The buffet breakfasts, included in room rate, had many options and were equally good value, the staff were friendly at all times, and unlike previous hotels I'd tried the rooms had comfortable, cushioned furniture and a desk. Minor negatives were the smell of drains in the bathroom, and the beach alongside the hotel which was narrow and shelved steeply into the Bali/Lombok strait."

Whereas Karen sought management's approval for accommodation refund & extended complimentary spa treatment. SOOOO... IMPRESSIVE!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Additionally, ALL service staff are so friendly & engaging 👏👏👏👏👏 Furthermore the ocean suite is very spacious & balcony overlooking the expansive shoreline & enchanting waves. "Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds. The staff were excellent, food the best on our trip to Lombok We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish and a turtle, but if we’d had more time would have definitely spent the extra for a trip to a better snorkelling spot as suggested by our guide. "
