"Beautiful location, in a lovely village. The rooms are in an old but very well restored building, and the rooms were very well appointed. Great, very comfortable beds, good size wardrobes and even an exercise bike in the entrance! Only minor comments are that the shower cubicle wasn't the biggest and the breakfast had a limited (but good) selection"

"It's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too."

"The hotel itself is not too bad, acceptable I`d say but the staff is the worst I have ever seen. The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is. "Thoughtful host who provided a map with suggestions for drinks and food both in local area of Sala Baganza and also on Parma. Very tastefully modernized and very clean farmhouse. Good sized rooms and bathroom with quality amenities. Very quiet and new air-conditioning. Breakfast area on patio very pleasant. Patio also has multiple cozy sofas. Will definitely try to stay again on next visit."
