Everyone’s very friendly close to hiking waterfalls canoeing and fishing mountain drives all around beautiful Arkansas. I must our family and kids and only 1.5 hours from Northwest Arkansas. "This place is a gem, best deal in the area. It’s big and has 4 beds, a couch, a rocking chair and a table that can seat 6. There are also outdoor tables and a charcoal grill. The place is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, utensils, and plates, there’s even a deep fryer and a crockpot. There’s only 2 restaurants in town so this was a must for us. "Everything was as expected and just what the doctor ordered. One side note. The sound barrier between the adjoining unit is almost nonexistent, making neigboring conversations sound as if they werre in the same room. Never a problem as my neighbors went to bed early. "We totally enjoyed our stay at this quaint cabin. It was everything we needed on our trip to explore local waterfalls. We did have 1 issue when we got back to the cabin for the night, no hot water! I contacted Pat at about 8pm and she sent her husband out within 15 min. It was just a bad breaker for the water heater. He had us going in no time with hot water. Excellent service.
