Relaxing Ozarks Retreat

Quiet comfort awaits you in this cozy home-away-from-home set in a beautiful country-like neighborhood in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Make yourself at home and use the fully stocked kitchen or the gas grill while enjoying the great scenery on the back patio. We have fast Wi-Fi internet and a desk if you need to get some work done. Log in to the smart TV and binge watch all your favorite shows before retiring to the very comfortable beds.
The property is a two unit Town Home/Duplex, so the driveway and back yard is shared with the guests next door. There is an outdoor security camera overlooking the parking lot. I don’t live on the property but I’m always available via phone or text. Please let me know if you need anything.

My wife and I had a business trip in Ozark, MO. We rented this home for 3 nights and could not possibly have been more pleased... Our host thought of EVERYTHING. It's a perfect home, easy check-in, easy check-out, end every amenity we could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Nice and clean place to stay
Nice place to stay for the weekend to attend a wedding nearby. Lots of little extras supplies in case we forgot something or some granolas to grab on the way out. Nice big backyard if you have kids that need some space to burn some energy. Owner was quick to communicate with. Will consider again if in the area.

Park like setting. Great vacation home.
Property was in a good location. Felt safe. Host was wonderful! Love the extra touches. A/C and heat worked really well. Nice having 2 bathrooms and laundry. No issues at all. Outside property very peaceful wanted to stay longer :). Backyard like a park.

We stayed for two nights and the house what’s exactly what we needed. Good space for 4 adults and an infant. Had high chair available which was awesome. Location was quiet, beds were comfy and rooms were a good size.

We Plan To Stay Here Again Next Year!
My mom and I come to Ozark every year for a women's conference at a local church there. This year was the first year we decided to book a VRBO rather than a hotel and we are so glad that we did! We loved this place, and plan to book it again for next years conference! It was worth every penny. The property owner went above and beyond for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would 10/10 recommend!!

A very nice, clean, well stocked condo. Comfortable beds, which is HUGE for us. Safe location, quiet neighborhood. Especially appreciate the attached garage to park a car indoors. Thank you for a great stay.

Other than the bed being too soft for our taste, the unit was comfortable, clean, and stocked with extra amenities that were a plus! Coffee, trail mix, granola bars are what we gleaned, was also pancake mix, syrup, butter, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies (if you have an accident), garage parking and I’m sure I’m forgetting other items. The owner is in tune but remains distant. I’m sure if we encountered an issue he would have been “Johnny on the spot”! We’ll be booking again and again!

Owner Worked Through a Problem
Arrived with easy instructions for access and entered to a cold house! Called Anthum (owner) who immediately started getting help on the way. HVAC was not working, just throwing the breaker. Did not get it going that night but Anthum did everything he could to accommodate us and make sure we were happy. He paid for two rooms at a local hotel (cost much more than his unit to us), reimbursed that night we had paid for and gave us a nice gift card which paid for a nice supper/meal. Second day/night everything was working and had a nice rest of our stay at his place. Unit was very clean and the owner has really stocked the home nicely. From pancakes/waffles to washing detergent, extra toothbrushes, tooth paste, you name it, it was there for a comfortable stay. Even with the HVAC problem at check-in, I rated the stay at 5 stars due to the generous and accommodating owner and clean and well stocked house. Location was good in a quiet neighborhood and within short commuting distance to Ozark, Springfield and Branson. Will reserve again while in this area.

I stayed at the Sothwest Place with my brother and sister-in-law and we could have not been more impressed. We had everything we needed and more. The promised door code worked perfectly on arrival and their was plenty of room. We all loved the comfort of the beds and how well we slept. Parking was easy. I even used the garage several nights. The smart TV and wifi was as good as advertised and the DVD player was an unexpected bonus. A fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy and the back deck was great for early morning coffee while checking out the baby rabbits playing in the huge back yard. Overall it was a great stay and I hope to make this my home away from home when visiting Springfield.

Our daughter lives a few miles from this VRBO. We LOVE staying here! It is a very quiet and clean home. The owner makes sure that you will enjoy your stay.
