New 2021 home 3 BR, PEACEFUL GETAWAY Ozark

This is a new home build in 2021, everything in the house was bough new.
For your convenience we took care of the little things like USB changers by each bed, soft close lids on the toilets, to big things like 70 inch TV, new mattress and beds, new sofa, everything is new in the kitchen.
We offer more than any hotel and make the best of what is being included, please do not expect to have everything that your home does have, this is a nightly rental after all.
For your protection we recently installed 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house 3 are on the front of the house and 1 on the back house. No indoor cameras are installed. We are not allowed pets, or services animale inside the house.

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed. 

No pets allowed.

No shoes inside the house

No unregistered guests allowed. 

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

Please respect the noise curfew. 

Please turn off the AC when you go out.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes.

Please take the trash out before you leave.

Stayed here for a quick trip to Branson. Was close! The drive in was mainly parkway and didn’t seem far at all. Loved having the garage to park in. The street in the back of the house is a bit noisy at times but we could only hear it from the master bedroom. Great space for a family!

We enjoyed out weekend in Ozark. Really liked the house and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned in Springfield. The garage was a big plus.

The house was beautiful, the owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions/messages, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Everything in the house was neatly labeled which we appreciated! It was a great place to stay!

This was our third time to stay here. Obviously, we like it or we wouldn't keep coming back! The house is very clean. The furniture is comfortable. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants, and Hwy 65. The host is responsive to any needs you may have. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this place, the house was clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed, and was close to Highlandville. Only comment I would make is that it needs blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Very bright in the master bedroom too early in the morning.

Clean & spacious home!
This was our second time to stay here, and we plan to come back again! It's in a great location with easy access to stores and restaurants. It's 5 minutes to the highway if you want to travel south to Branson or north to Springfield. The home is new, clean, and spacious. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We love it!

Beautiful Home
Home is very nice, was clean, beds weren’t horrible and they had toys in a closet for our daughter to play with. Our only complaint was that we didn’t get to enjoy the home for longer then we did, as our travel plans changed and we because of this we literally showed up at 11pm and checked out the next morning at 10am.

Brand new home
This house is brand new so everything inside is in impeccable shape. The beds were great, especially the two queens, very comfortable. The homeowners are very communicative and responsive. The kitchen was a little sparsely furnished, but understandable given that the home was just built (I think we were the second family to stay there). Great place to stay!

Nice clean home in a great location!
This home is in a nice neighborhood with quick access to stores, restaurants, and major roads. It's an easy drive to Branson or Springfield. Everything is new and clean. All of the furniture is very comfortable - from the beds and sofa to the dining chairs and bar stools. The host was quick to respond anytime I contacted her. This house was the perfect place for my family. We hope to stay here again next time we're in the area!

My daughter and her wedding party stayed here during the weekend of her wedding. This house was truly a "peaceful getaway" for the bride and bridal party. It was spacious and clean. The girls had almost everything they needed. Lacking were a few kitchen items, like dish detergent and baking pans, and hand soaps. (We were able to run to the nearby Walmart - very convenient) Otherwise, GREAT place!

Excellant experience for us! Kitchen was very usefull and clean, great (quiet) neighborhood, extra things available in kitchen (utensils-bowls-cups-pans-spices-coffee), closet in masterbedroom was awesome, balcony was very nice (two chairs and table on deck-comfortable), location to Branson and Springfield was perfect for us, washer-dryer convenient, very convenient. 6 night stay. Have a few suggestions: have extra costs listed upfront. King size bed in master bedroom, pillows were small, garage barely fit the grand dodge caravan. Larger vehicles may not fit.
