- The community pools are part of the Neal and Betty Grubaugh Center, which is located 2 blocks from the property. Guests must purchase pool passes for $3 per person per day. There is also an indoor pool at the Ozark Community Center nearby, which requires the purchase of a daily pass. It is $8 per adult, $6 per child, or $20 for a family pass. Both pools are only available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day

For the price of a 2 room hotel suite I was able to get this very clean home, which worked perfect for our family. Love having our own space instead of cramped in a hotel room. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We had a wonderful stay in Ozark. The house is in a quiet, new neighborhood and provided everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Our host was very responsive for all of our needs. We loved the small touches of tea, water, coffee, creamer and snacks. We would definitely stay again!

Modern, Spacious, Immaculate, with Caring Hosts
First of all, the hosts were exceptional. They maintained good contact, let us know that the home was ready for an early arrival and they left us a yummy tray of baked goods. The home itself was centrally located to walks down to the square, walking paths along the river, and shops and restaurants. It was spacious, clean and modern and so quiet, so we all had an easy time getting good sleep. We were there to see family, but this would be a great place to vacation in the area being so close to Springfield and Branson. It was a perfect place to stay.
