We loved our room. It was clean and comfortable with a great ocean view. My granddaughter loves the staircase and ‘her’ room upstairs. Friendly & hospitable staff. I would definitely recommend.

Tucked away in a very quiet a gated place this is the perfect place for folks that don't want to be around parties. Pool was nice and the staff was always helpful!

Very clean , beautiful pool , great food at the restaurant pool side , amazing service by everyone especially Ramon and Serge !! Such a pleasure to be around them ! Coffee shop was also great ! A beautiful Place for a family or a couples getaway !

Our villa in St.Martin exceeded our expectations in every way- spacious, modern, spotless and with the most spectacular views. Every bedroom is tastefully furnished with all the amenities. An exceptional luxury villa! We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely go back!

The seaweed was out of control and we could nit use the beach at the house at all. I know this is no fault of the owner but i would have loved a heads up about the situation before we arrived. Big Fish Restaurant was excellent both in ambience and food!! We were not there long so did not do much. We ate at a vegan stand just down the road that some new friends took us too. They also gave us a quick tour of the whole island via car ride.

Area is difficult to navigate driving, there’s many hills and turns on the road
DO NOT TRUST AMANDA. Otherwise, have a great stay. Everything else about the resort and St. Maarten's was fabulous EXCEPT Amanda.
Lot of seaweed on beach and a bit out of the way if you want to do things in Phillipsburg. But the hotel was great
Be careful with staff when you leave your credit cards with them
