Oyster Bay Beach Resort is fantastic! It’s so pretty and I loved my room. Also fantastic customer service! Recommend using their VIP pick up service at the airport, very good. Hope to stay there again some day!

4 star hotel. Outrageous $50 USD per day resort charge added (this is a hotel hidden fee not a government tourist tax). Expensive to get to and travel from by taxi. Lack of breakfast included is a down side. Meals are over priced. $200 USD for a beach/pool bed (these are free at Excellent hotels). ...

Big Fish Restaurant was excellent both in ambience and food!! We were not there long so did not do much. We ate at a vegan stand just down the road that some new friends took us too. They also gave us a quick tour of the whole island via car ride.

Area is difficult to navigate driving, there’s many hills and turns on the road
DO NOT TRUST AMANDA. Otherwise, have a great stay. Everything else about the resort and St. Maarten's was fabulous EXCEPT Amanda.
Lot of seaweed on beach and a bit out of the way if you want to do things in Phillipsburg. But the hotel was great
Be careful with staff when you leave your credit cards with them
