"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"We love our stay at the Marina Villa. Marie was a great host! She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. She recommended a great rental place just a few minutes away, Discount Car Rental (all very nice). The listing was just as it was pictured and the the view was breathtaking.
