"We had a wonderful stay - booked a Junior Suite and appreciated the larger room size with a sitting area for socializing with our friends that had booked a standard room. Staff were so helpful, great at answering questions about the area, and directions to the nearby paid parking. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning (cost was an additional 14 euros per person). "

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "

"The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us so much and gave us great recommendations. It was a bit cramped for the 6 people in two rooms but it was doable for our time in Epernay. The hotel is close to walk to the different tasting rooms but is not very kid friendly. No playgrounds in the area."

"Lovely art deco villa v close to the route de champagne houses...so ideal! Weather was poor so we didn't use the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was nice too!"

"We had a smaller room on the main floor, which was fine as we were gone most of the day visiting Etoge and Champagne houses. Easy to access the area from the Chateau. The staff was great, professional and very accomodating. We had bought a baguette/cheese/meat for a relaxing evening meal and they provided a nice tray for us with plates, utensils, nuts and drinks that we ordered. The restaurant was very good the first evening we stayed. What a beautiful setting, uiet, peaceful and beautifully maintained. Would highly recommended. "

"We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "
