Nestled between Channel Islands Harbor and the Pacific Ocean, this pristine 3BR/2.5BA beach house is the perfect getaway, just steps from Hollywood Beach. With three stories of luxurious living space, this custom home boasts upscale details including wood floors, 10' ceilings, central air-conditioning, high-end appliances, and remote-operated lighting, as well as Tommy Bahama furniture, luxurious bedding, and deluxe window treatments by Hunter Douglas.

Take in 360-degree panoramas of the sunset, water, and harbor from the rooftop terrace. Walk to dining and shopping at the buzzing Channel Islands Harbor.

LIVING AREAS

On the second floor, spend quality time together in the living room, complete with inviting beach-chic decor by Tommy Bahama. Unwind on the sofa and two armchairs around the custom gas fireplace and a 54in flat-screen TV. Enjoy direct access to the private balcony.

A den downstairs provides an additional social area. Check emails at the vintage desk or watch favorite shows on the 40in flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up home-cooked meals in the fully stocked second-floor kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a glass tile backsplash. Bonuses include a farmhouse sink and a spacious center island with seating for three. Convenient kitchen gadgets include a Nespresso machine, wine fridge, coffee maker, and blender.

Open a bottle of chilled wine and gather around the dining table for six or take a seat at the island.

BED & BATH

This bright three-story beach house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Located on the first floor, the first and second bedrooms each have a Tempur-Pedic queen bed. A full bathroom in the hall features a marble vanity and a tub/shower combination.

On the second floor, find complete relaxation in the master suite with a Tempur-Pedic queen bed and a 54in flat-screen TV. Antique furnishings, a desk, and a plush chair accent the space. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a double marble vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.

A half bathroom is conveniently located next to the living room.

Take in harbor views on the private second-level balcony, furnished with two chairs.

Great stay in Oxnard
The place is new and spotless except the floors were a bit dusty. The kitchen, dining room and living room are very spacious for hanging out and eating. Short walk to beach and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and well equipped house. I knocked off a star only because some parts of the house needed some maintenance. The house is great though and the beds are super comfy. We’d rent it again.

Loved the place hated my experience with the company!
I was driving with my entire family packed and excited for our vacation. One hour before our check-in, we received a phone call that we were not gonna be able to check into this location that there was somehow a mistake made, and the people that were staying there previously were not leaving. We were put into a different location that was dirty, I was so stressed out and upset and disappointed. We were not able to check into our place for the first two days really. I was only given back $300 which wasn’t even the refund of what I paid per night. This was so unprofessional and made me never want to come back and book through this company again .

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house but every time we left and return it would take us at least 5 minutes to open the door. The door code would work like 1 out of 10 times so this made us not want to stay there again. When I contacted Turnkey I was just given generic instructions.

Very relaxing stay
We enjoyed our time here very much. The house was clean and well appointed. Everything felt brand new. Two downsides: the beds are advertised as queens and while very comfortable, these seemed much more like fulls. We have queens at home and these were much smaller. Also, I received a phone call at 7 am on New Year’s Day, questioning why we had so many devices hooked up to the Internet. While I understand that the management company needs to be very diligent about over-occupancy, this was a very accusatory and annoying call to get. We had 5 people staying there who all had devices, some more than one. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but found those 2 issues annoying.

Beautiful Beach house
The home was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, open and very nicely decorated. The property managers communicated well and were very responsive. My only reason for a 4 start on the check-in process was that several weeks before our stay we were told that check-in was 3pm, then the day before it was changed to 4pm. They had an issue with a dripping faucet in the master bath and I suspect the plumber needed the extra time. However, the plumber needed to order a part and they asked if we would mind allowing him in to fix it during our stay. We agreed, because as homeowners we understand the need to make repairs and that's just part of life. I just wish it didn't cut into the time we had paid to be there. Otherwise it was a great vacation.

Loved this Oxnard house

Loved this Oxnard house

Wedding Weekend
Our daughter was getting married in Camarillo this weekend and we needed a place to stay to prepare and enjoy our last weekend together as a smaller family. The home was beautiful and spacious enough for all of our belongings. We were able to enjoy multiple short walks to a quiet beach. The home also has great natural light, which made for beautiful photos as we were all getting ready. It was a wonderful place to call home for a few days.

Great place in great area
Great property that had everything we needed in a great location. We are fans of the Ventura Beach area, and this home helped us enjoy another trip to the area. My wife enjoyed the rooftop views and the kitchen. One thing you should keep in mind is that the main portions of the home are on the second level, if you don't have issues with stairs, then that's not an issue.

Beautiful Space one block from the beach
The design and layout of this home were so lovely for our active family (but lots of stairs including to kitchen/master bd level, so avoid if you're not super mobile). Everything was clean, new and beautiful. We did have about a 30-minute delay getting into the home on arrival (there's a remote digital locking system; we received a full page of "check-in/getting-in" instructions via email and text hours before arrival, but no "code" for the electronic door lock). It took 30minutes of call on hold plus texting multiple "help" numbers before we received a key code. So double-check your instructions for the door-lock code before arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is beautiful, centrally located to everything. Yiu can walk to the harbor, the beach, with a beautiful harbor view. It’s stocked incredibly well. Shabby chic beach decor. We started a little rocky when the lock wouldn’t work. But management firm took immediate action, and resolved my issue. I wish the couch was bigger and more comfortable as well. It’s like a French Style, not made for lounging. A sectional would be more ideal. My only issue was the construction located immediately behind the home. Nothing anyone can control but they start pounding at 730 sharp everyday but Sunday. I think that goes in until November. If you line to relax and sleep in, it’s an issue. They do disclose this but I missed it. I wound rent again, but not until after construction is completed. Again management is fast, and extremely helpful with great response time.
