"The pictures don't do the property justice. When we arrived, we were so excited to stah on a house boat. The location was great easy to find. Its a great distance from town close drive but far enough away from the hustle and bussle. It is located near a road that the odd truck can be heard(we're from a big city so it didn't bother us and was quieter then we're use to) the water and scenery around was gorgeous, the first morning we woke up to a family of otters playing in the water my girls were...

"Very enjoyable stay. Home was in an area of smith falls that was easy walking distance to canal and downtown restaurants. Prompt response from owner. The home is a duplex. It was as pictured and very well equipped with everything we needed. The lack of a washroom on the main floor has been previously mentioned. While it had been renovated, the home was starting to show the wear and tear of renters. It would benefit from a coat of paint to refresh it. "

"Group of 5 adults stayed here. Plenty rooms with AC in most of them. Place was spacious. Hot tub was nice and all 5 fit in there. The water is essentially a pond or maybe classified as a marsh so it was too small to enjoy the boats (for us) but it made for a nice scenic setting. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would come back here for sure. "

"We stayed in this cozy cottage for a long weekend in Aug. It was lovely An easy-to-reach owner with a renovated cottage and a just gorgeous view Fantastic deck and lovely views A paddle board and a canoe were available to have fun, and all you needed, like a life vest and noodles, all good stuff Super clean sheets and towels Robes are available for your comfort A hot top on the deck Highly recommended It is the best fit for six people, not more"
