Front yard hides the spacious backyard. Backyard also includes 15' Trampoline (soon to be equipped with safety net), 350 Lb rated octagon shaped swing and baby swing combo. Backyard also features a 10' x 10' kennel with a Tarped roof for MS hot summers or winter protection. There is basically 2 master bedrooms as one was an additional renovation. Both "master" bedrooms have bathrooms attached with personal private closet's that will remain locked during stay. There are closets in the other 2 bedroom's and living room for hang up space. Notebook highlights how to access SPEEDY WIFI which also accommodates comfortably 5-8 people regularly. Multiple Smart TV's and/or firestick combos are spread out throughout living room and bedrooms. Hulu w/ HBO, Apple, Prime, Netflix, HBO Max, Espn, Paramount+ w/ Showtime, & Peacock all available throughout house. Some include a direct tv linked account and limited access on certain networks. Access to house will be through a keypad entry through carport (available to unlock over phone in case of emergency through homeowner. Spare sheets will be available in dressers throughout house. Towels, bath cloths, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, and body wash will be provided. Outdoor charcoal grill on back porch with a temperature gage in lid and meat thermometer available for use inside the house.
