Located just a 10 min drive or easy bus ride (bus stop - 1 min walk) to the historic Oxford city centre and famous college grounds. Just down the road is Cowley Road, lined with eclectic restaurants, supermarkets, independent cafes, bars, music venues and more.

OUT & ABOUT
1 min walk to bus stop to catch the no. 1 or 5 bus directly to Oxford City Centre and it's famous college grounds and Oxford Station.

7 minute walk to Templars Square shopping Centre & Retail Park where you can find numerous supermarkets, retail stores, Post Office, ATM, pharmacy and everything else you may need during your stay.

Cowley Road and its surroundings (Iffley Road, St Clements) are just a 15 minute walk and have a fantastic range of eclectic restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars to choose from. Some of our favourites include The Magdalen Arms, The Chester Arms (renowned for their steak platter) and Arbequina (an intimate Tapas spot).

Florence Park is a 10 minute walk away and a great place for a scenic walk and has a community cafe, outdoor tennis courts, several dedicated children playground areas.

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. The garden is shared with residents of the building, but is gated and normally empty. Allocated parking space for your use only.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

SLEEPING
The sofa bed can sleep one guest.
The small double bed is recommend for one guest or will be tighter for space.

SMART TV
Does not have access to regular/ Freeview channels. Only on-demand apps available. You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.

COFFEE MACHINE
Tassimo Coffee Machine - Pods not provided but can be easily purchased from a local store

PARKING
Allocated parking space available for one car. We can recommend additional parking options if required.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Really cosy spot
Beds were lovely and comfortable and the facilities were clean. Lots of utensils and crockery in the kitchen which was perfect as we were planning to cook most of our meals at the apartment. Heating was lovely, although it did keep switching back on automatically. Communication with property manager was a bit confusing as it was all automated texts and because id booked an extra day last minute this confused it and i got a lot of spam of the same stuff haha. But yes, a lovely cosy space and easy check in.
