A clean charming cozy cottage that will make you feel right at home. Blackout bedroom curtains, a private backyard with a patio and grill available. Sit and relax on the front porch swing .Off street parking and carport available. There is well stocked cookware in the kitchen. The cottage is centrally located near restaurants, shopping, parks, museums and Owensboros beautiful riverfront. The Western Kentucky Botanical Garden is a must see and only 3 miles away. Located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees.

Just like stayin’ at Grandma’s
Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to the downtown area. We sat out on the front porch and just enjoyed the relaxation. Owner had even gone to the effort to add autumn touches to the house. We came to Owensboro to see the Green River Distillery and eat at the Miller House with their extensive bourbon collection. Was certainly impressed with the beautiful park on the river, downtown.

Lovely Kentucky Home
This 2 bedroom one full bath cottage has all the amenities one could ask for. Starting from the outside, safe off street parking. Walking in, the landscaping is pleasant, a firepit/barbecue area that is comfortable. As you go in, the two steps into the house leads a sweet kitchen with complete appliances. The refrigerator has clear wifi and checkout instructions, a stocked kurig (bless you Miss Joni!) The dining room is welcoming, and inspires one to have a Sunday roast dinner! The front sitting room has a large comfortable leather couch with a throw ready to snuggle under. The wireless charger sitting on the end table gives a nod to the modern technology needs, the rocking chair is comfortable as well. The master bedroom has a full sized highboy dresser, and a roku television for anyone who wants to luxuriate in the king sized bed. The mattress is a comfortable firm without being a pile of bricks. The cottage is our new 》old Kentucky home when we visit Owensboro. I cannot recommend the home high enough.

It was awesome. The house was clean. It smelled good. It was raining qhen we got there. They had made it easy to check in Everything you needed was right there or very close by. We had a good vacation. It is a great cottage.

Great Cottage!
This property is amazingly clean, centrally located, and the owners small touches and amenities make this a perfect place to stop over in Owensboro or a longer stay. We were moving our son to the area and will definitely stay here again on our planned visits back!

The house looked EXACTLY as pictured. It's super quaint! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this house was PERFECT! The owners were absolutely FANTASTIC! We will definitely look to stay here if we're ever back in the area! We recommend staying here 100%! 😊

Best place in Owensboro.
From the moment I parked I knew I was in a good place. I felt safe. The house smelled amazing when I walked in. It’s decorated so nicely and I had everything I needed. I even made a big meal on the kitchen. I have no idea what they used to clean the bathroom towels but they smelled so good too and they were fluffy. In my downtime I relaxed watching Netflix and did some crafts. I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this place. I spoke to the owner too and she was seriously the nicest.
